_________________________________________________________________________

1. The University Games will be held from May 19 to 23, 2025, at the Main Campus.
Activities will begin with a parade around the University at 6:00 AM, followed by the
Opening Program at 8:00 AM. We are honored to have Mr. Richard Bachmann, Chair
of the Philippine Sports Commission, as Guest Speaker.

2. Classes are suspended for the entire duration of the University Games to allow the
academic community to take part in this university-wide event. While student
attendance is not mandatory, they are enjoined to support their respective teams. This
initiative affirms our commitment to holistic education, student involvement, and
physical well-being.

3. Faculty members and academic staff assigned to support the University Games—such
as officiating, coaching, student coordination, documentation, logistics, or committee
work—are required to report to the Main Campus. Faculty members/staff without
designated roles are expected to remain at their respective campuses to perform
regular academic or administrative duties and be available for other university needs.
4. All campus nurses are required to report to the Main Campus for the entire duration of
the activity. Their role is essential in providing first aid, emergency response, and
medical support to all participants and attendees.

5. The entire academic community is enjoined to support their respective colleges or

campuses during the event and contribute to the spirit of camaraderie and
sportsmanship.

6. Thank you for your cooperation and support in making the University Games a
successful and meaningful experience for all.
