1. Download the “Printer Driver (Windows)” folder.

2. Unzip the “Printer Driver (Windows)” folder.

3. Navigate to Search > Printer and Scanners. Then click “Add a printer or scanner”

4. Click “The printer that I want isn’t listed.”

5. Select “Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings” and click Next.

6. Click on “Create a New Port” and select Standard TCP/IP from the drop-down box.

7. Key in the Hostname or IP address


*refer to page 1 of this doc for your respective printer info. Remember to key in the
correct printer IP from page 1 and not follow this example.

8. Navigate to “Have Disk…”. Then “Browse” for the printer driver files.

9. Browse the driver files from the “Printer Driver” folder that you have downloaded. Make sure to
choose the correct printer driver folder model name (refer to page 1). Once chosen the correct
printer model folder, select the oemsetup file and click open.

10. Now first navigate your Manufacturer to Ricoh. Then your printer, choose the correct
Printer model that you wish to install. (refer to page 1)

11. On this page, provide a name for the printer so you can easily identify it when printing.

12. Click Next on this page.

13. Click Finish on this page.

14. Now, search back the printer you have install through Search > Printers and scanners

15. Then select the printer that you have installed and select Manage.

16. Then navigate to Printer Properties > Preference > Make sure to change the Color to
Black and White only.
*If there is no color option on your printer on this screen, then your printer is already
defaulted or only can print in black & white.

17. Once done, you may select Print a test page to see if there is any output.

*Following is for the printer only:


• RICOH IM C4500 – Finance printer (KPMG 2A)
• Ricoh MP C3004 – Developer (KPMG 2A) - Colour Printing ONLY
• RICOH IM C4500 (KPMG 5th Floor)

1. For these printers, user is required to obtained the printer password (User Code) from Office Admin to be
able to print.

2. Once you have obtained the printer password (User Code), navigate to the Selected Printer >
Manage.

3. Then click on Printer Preference > Detailed Settings > Job Setup. You can then key in the
printer password (User Code) here then confirm Ok.

4. Once completed, you may print a test page to check where there output from the printer.
