The conduct of the academy aims to: 3.1. capacitate campus journalists for the press conferences; 3.2. introduce new trends in campus journalism; and 3.3, develop camaraderie among campus journalists and school paper advisers. | 4. The conduct of this activity shall be considered part of the instructional time to avoid disruption | of classes pursuant to the provisions of Department Order No. 9, s. 2005 (Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, Classes of the host- school shall utilize blended modality of instruction. | 5.
