CAS Third Interview Questions

1. What did you most enjoy about CAS?

What I enjoyed the most about is that CAS is a way of escaping from only
focusing on academics and actually doing something that you really enjoy which
also helps you learn how to record your actions and daily life.
2. Did you manage to reach your goals?
I did manage to reach my goals through CAS. This experience helped me
improve my skills of talking to people and motivated me to stay focused in my
academic journey.
3. What have you achieved through CAS?
What I have achieved through CAS is that now I am able to partially talk
Spanish and understand people to a certain level. This skill of communication
could help me in the future when travelling or talking to strangers to help
them. I was also able to gain daily motivation by doing fitness activities such as
going to the gym.
4. What have you learned about balancing your time with your choices and
commitments?
Balancing time between what I want to do and what I have to do was a crucial
process that I had to go through. Sometimes I would get so lost in what I
wanted to do such as my activities and having fun that I forgot about CAS and
my lessons. I learned that it is very important to balance the time management
between different events. This is because of the experiences that I went
through.
5. What did you learn about yourself and others?
I learned about myself that in order for me to be motivated into completing
tasks or doing things that I like, I need to be covered with people that are only
doing their work and not having fun. For example, when I go to the library and
I see everybody working, I am less distracted with my phone and other things
because doing stuff that does not belong in that space feels weird, such as
playing games while everybody else in the library is studying.
6. What have you learned through working in collaboration with others?
I learned that working in collaboration is crucial for everybody's workload.
Collaborating with others can help your time management and make your life
way easier.
