RAC invites online applications from graduate engineers and post graduates in Science including students who have appeared in their final semester examinations, through RAC
website https://rac.gov.in for recruitment to the posts of Scientist `B’ in Defence Research & Development Organization(DRDO), Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) and
to the encadred posts of Scientist `B’ in Weapons & Electronics Systems Engineering Establishment (WESEE) Delhi, College of Military Engineering (CME) Pune, Armed Forces
Medical College (AFMC) Pune, Selection Centre North (SCN) Jalandhar/Selection Centre Central (SCC) Bhopal/Selection Centre South (SCS) Bangalore under Army HQ, Navy HQ,
Air HQ, and other units/estts. under Ministry of Defence. The posts are in Level-10 (7th CPC) of the Pay Matrix (Basic Pay of Rs.56,100/-). Total emoluments (inclusive of HRA
and all other allowances) at the time of joining will be approximately Rs. 1,00,000/- p.m. at the present metro city rate. For the encadred posts of Scientist B, which belong to
the Indian Armed Services, the emoluments will be paid by them. The encadred posts at various Selection Boards/Centres under Army HQ, Navy HQ and Air HQ, and other
units/estts. under Ministry of Defence, are not transferable to DRDO Establishments.

iv) The applicants should ensure their eligibility in respect of age, essential
qualification etc.
v) No request with respect to the change in any data submitted by the
candidates will be entertained once the closing date of online submission is
over.
vi) The OBC (Non-creamy Layer) candidates are required to submit requisite
certificate in prescribed format of Government of India, from a competent
authority. The certificate must have been issued on or after 01 Apr 2025
and must be valid through the Financial Year 2025-26.
vii) The EWS candidates are required to submit requisite certificate (Income &
Assets) in prescribed format of Government of India, from a competent
authority. The certificate must have been issued on or after 01 Apr 2025

viii) If at any stage before the interview, the certificates of candidates are not
found to comply with the Terms & Conditions in the advertisement, they
would not be allowed to appear for interview.
ix) Applicants are advised not to change their registered mobile number as

x) Shortlisted candidates shall be able to download their call letter for
interview respectively along with its venue, date & time after successful

12. CAUTION
If at any point of time during recruitment process or after recruitment it is
detected that a candidate is/was not eligible in terms of Recruitment Rules
or has/had furnished false information/certificates or
misrepresented/suppressed any relevant information, his/her candidature
will stand cancelled and he/she will be debarred from future DRDO
recruitment. If any of these shortcomings are detected even after an
appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated without notice.

RAC does not request for any payment at any stage of recruitment process
