1. *Forest Clearance*:
The primary reason for the delay is the pending forest
clearance. Due to the lack of necessary approvals for
tree removal, the land required for the project has not

1. *Pending Tender and Agency Allotment*:

The tender for HVAC (Air Conditioning Work) and
MGPS Works has not yet been published, and no
executing agency has been appointed. Due to this,
we are unable to proceed with false Ceiling, Internal
Electrical and Other Internal finishing works. These

completion, the site cannot be finalised.
2.*Pending Deviation Approval*:
The deviation proposal is still under review and has
not been approved. Without formal approval, we are
unable to proceed with the related scope of work,
which is causing additional delays.
