 Handling of show cause notice, preparing and filing reply to notice for our
clients.
 Scrutinizing and preparation of documents and filing online application for obtaining
new license, its renewal and amendment under Contract Labour Act, on Pan India
basis.
 Preparing Form XXIV and filing half yearly return under Contract Labour Act for all states.
 Preparing and filing of Form VIA & VIB under Contract Labour Act.
 Scrutinizing and preparation of documents and filing online application for obtaining new
Registration Certificate of Principle Employer and its amendment under Contract Labour
Act, on Pan India basis.
 Preparing Form XXV and filing annual return under Contract Labour Act for all states.
 Preparing and filing of annual returns under Payment of Bonus Act, Maternity Benefit
Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Sexual harassment Act etc.
 Preparing Form D under Equal Remuneration Act.
 Preparing and Filing of Form A, Form B, Form C, & Form L under Payment of Gratuity Act.
 Calculating, Preparing, and filing of returns under Professional Tax Act on Pan India Basis.
 Calculating, Preparing, and filing of returns under Labour Welfare Fund Act on Pan India basis.
 Liaisoning with labour department on day-to-day basis.
 Arranging and displaying Abstract and notices under various labour laws.
 Preparing and filing of the application for taking exemption for working of female employees
at night for different states i.e u/s 22, 25 & 30.
 Preparing documents and filing application in both ways manually and online for
obtaining new Trade license, its renewal and amendment.
 Filing notification of vacancy & returns in ER I & ER II under Employment Exchange Act for our
clients.
 Preparing and sending compliance report to all our clients on monthly basis.
 Updating clients about changes on various Acts time to time.
