1) Chilli Cheese Cookies: -
Ingredients
125 gm all-purpose flour 100 gm Cheese (Grated)
(Maida) 10 gm chilli flakes
100 gm butter
5 gm pepper powder
10 gm mustard sauce 40 gm castor sugar
5 gm salt
Cooking Method:
1) Beat butter in a bowl, then add castor sugar and beat again for 30 seconds.
Add mustard sauce and beat again for 30 seconds.
2) Then add salt and almonds and mix lightly.
3) Now, add chilli flakes, pepper powder, oregano and cheese as shown and mix
well. Roll and wrap with kitchen film and set in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
4) After removing from the fridge, grate the remaining cheese in the flour and
mix it lightly by hand. Cut with a cookie cutter.
)Sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes, pepper powder on top.)
5) Bake in pre-heated oven at 1650 for 25 minutes, allow it to cool at room temperature
and store it.
2) Nutella Thumb Print Cookies: -
Ingredients
200 gm all-purpose flour 120 gm castor sugar
(Maida) 25 ml milk
75 gm butter 100 gm Nutella
2.5 gm baking powder ¼ tsp Vanilla Essence
Cooking Method:
1) Mix butter and castor sugar as shown. A little sandy texture from doing so
Will be ready, then lighten it again.
2) Whisk till the color changes. Add essence to it.
3) After it becomes light and fluffy, add all-purpose flour (Maida), baking powder and
mix lightly by hand.
4) Add milk to the prepared mixture and prepare dough, prepare medium size balls.

5) Bake in pre-heated oven at 1600 for 25 - 30 minutes.
6) Cool to room temperature and fill the Nutella as shown.
3) Giant Three-Way Chocolate Cookies: -
Ingredients
235 gm all-purpose flour 200 Dark chocolate, Milk chocolate
(Maida) 100 Brown sugar
180 gm butter 5 gm Baking Soda
80 gm castor sugar 5 ml vanilla essence
30 Ml warm water
Cooking Method:
1) Take butter in a bowl, then add castor sugar and brown sugar and
Beat it.
2) Add warm water and beat again for 30 seconds.
3) Add All-purpose flour, baking soda and mix with cut and fold technique.
4) Take Dark and milk chocolate cut into dice cutting and mix it lightly and roll as
shown and set in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.
(Can use Dark, Milk and White all compounds)
5) After taking it out of the fridge, press it as shown and put it in pre-heated oven at
1600 for 25 minutes. Leave to bake.
6) Cool and store at room temperature.
4) Brookies: -
Ingredients
72 gm all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp baking powder
(Maida)
1/2 tsp baking soda 110 gm castor sugar
25 gm cocoa powder
90 gm chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 gm salt
2 tbsp milk
50 gm butter (unsalted)

Cooking Method:
1) Beat the butter in a bowl for 30 seconds. Beat again for one and half
minute.
2) Now, add castor sugar and beat again, add milk and beat again.
3) Add cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and
salt to the prepared mixture and mix well. Add milk as needed.
4) Drop with a scoop as shown in the baking tray, dust the icing sugar on
the prepared balls.
5) Bake in pre-heated oven at 1600 for 20-25 minutes.
5) Spicy Guava Cookies: -
Ingredients
150 gm all-purpose flour 15 gm icing sugar
(Maida) 1/4 tsp ammonia
1/2 cup butter / marvo
1/8 tsp pink colour
2.5 gm baking powder
1/8 tsp green colour
2.5 gm baking soda
White sesame seeds
50 ml guava crush 2 gm chili flakes
1/2 tsp Guava Essence 1/4 tsp Guava Essence (Optional)
50 gm castor sugar
Cooking Method:
1) Whisk the castor sugar, ammonia and marvo as shown and mix well, And then add
vanilla or guava essence and whisk again.
(Whisk until fluffy for 15 to 20 minutes)
2) Now, add icing sugar, baking powder, baking soda and mix lightly as shown.
3) Add guava crush and mix well.
4) Divide into two parts as shown, add green color in one part and pink color in the
other part.
5) Prepare a roll using dough of both colors as shown, stick chilli flakes on the
prepared roll.
6) Wrap the prepared roll with cling film and set it in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.
7) Cut the cookies as shown, sprinkle sesame seeds on it.
8) Bake in a pre-heated oven at 1600 for 20 to 25 minutes.

6) Choco Brownie Biscuits: -
Ingredients
50 gm butter 15 ml milk
25 gm milk powder 10 gm brown sugar
100 gm all-purpose 5 gm oats
flour(Maida) 5 gm pumpkin seeds
50 gm castor sugar 5 gm flax seeds
2.5 gm baking powder
2.5 gm baking soda
Ingredients
For Ganache: -
100 gm dark chocolate - Heat the cream, add chocolate as shown
100 gm Amul cream and prepare ganache
Cooking Method:
1) Beat butter in a bowl until fluffy.
2) Now add castor sugar, milk powder and brown sugar and beat again.
3) Then add all-purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix well,
Add pumpkin seeds and flax seeds and mix well.
4) Add milk to the prepared mixture and place in a brownie mold as shown
in a pre-heated oven. Bake at 1600 for 25 minutes.
5) Cool the prepared brownie and put ganache on it, set it in the fridge for
4-5 hours. cut into squares and store.
7) Choco Almond Cookies: -
Ingredients
150 gm all-purpose 70 gm powdered sugar
flour(Maida) 1/2 cup chopped almonds
16 gm vanilla flavoured
custard / cornflour 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
113 gm salted butter (56.5
gm marvo + 56.5 gm butter) 1/2 tsp Almond Essence
50 gm dark chocolate

Cooking Method:
1) Mix marvo, butter, powdered sugar, custard powder and essence as
shown, beat it until light and fluffy.
2) Add almonds and cardamom to the prepared mixture and mix well again.
3) Now add all-purpose flour to the prepared mixture and mix lightly by hand.
4) Mix the chocolate as shown.
5) Press the cookie balls with almond flakes and castor sugar as shown and arrange
in a baking tray.
6) Bake the prepared cookies in a pre-heated oven at 1600 for 25 minutes.
8) Double Choco Cookies: -
Ingredients
50 gm butter 130 gm all-purpose flour(Maida)
50 ml milk
50 gm marvo
10 gm cocoa powder
75 gm castor sugar
Vanilla essence
5 gm baking powder
60 gm choco chips
5 gm baking soda
Cooking Method:
1) Beat butter and marvo in a bowl for 2 minutes till fluffy.
2) Then add castor sugar and essence and beat again.
3) Now add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix lightly by hand.
4) Then slowly add milk and prepare dough.
5) Now, make two equal parts of Dough as shown in it and add cocoa
powder and remaining milk in one part.
6) Add chocolate chips to the cocoa portion and mix lightly by hand.
7) Make two balls of the same size as shown and press them. Make a double colored
ball and place it in the baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 for 20-25 minutes.

9) Jim-Jam Cookies: -
Ingredients
50 gm butter 180 gm all-purpose flour(Maida)
20 gm custard powder
50 gm marvo
30 ml milk
75 gm castor sugar
100 gm mix fruit jam
25 gm powder sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 gm baking powder
2 gm baking soda
Cooking Method:
1) Beat butter and marvo in a bowl for 2 minutes until fluffy.
2) Then add powder sugar, castor sugar and essence and beat again.
3) Now add all-purpose flour, custard powder, baking powder, baking soda and mix
lightly by hand.
4) Then add milk and prepare dough as shown.
5) Roll the bread as shown, cut with a cookie cutter and put the prepared
cookie on the baking tray.
6) Bake in a pre-heated oven at 1600 for 20 to 25 minutes.
7) Beat jam in a bowl, and fill jam in the cone as shown.
10) Raisin Oats Subway Cookies: -
Ingredients
50 gm butter 130 gm all-purpose flour(Maida)
50 ml milk
50 gm marvo
¼ tsp vanilla essence
75 gm castor sugar
25 gm oats (roasted)
5 gm baking powder
20 gm raisin
5 gm baking soda
Cooking Method:
1) Beat butter and marvo in a bowl and make light and fluffy.
2) Then add castor sugar and essence and beat again for 30 seconds.
3) Now add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix lightly by hand.
4) Now add some oats and milk and mix lightly, then add raisin and mix again.
5) Prepare balls from the prepared dough as shown, cover with oats and top-up
with raisin and set by pressing hand.
6) Bake in pre-heated oven at 1600 for 20-25 minutes.

11) Blueberry Cheese Cookies: -
Ingredients
50 gm butter
20 ml milk
50 gm marvo
30 gm blue berry
75 gm castor sugar
20 gm cheese spread
5 gm baking powder
¼ tsp vanilla essence
5 gm baking soda
Red colour + blue colour
130 gm all-purpose
flour(Maida)
Cooking Method:
1) Beat butter and marvo in a bowl and make light and fluffy.
2) Then add castor sugar and essence and beat again 30 seconds.
3) Now add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix lightly
by hand.
4) Then add cheese spread and mix again with light hands.
5) Add milk and mix lightly. Make two equal portions of the prepared dough as
shown.
6) Mix blue berry crush / filling and color in one part.
7) Prepare cookies by making balls of both as shown.
8) Bake in preheated oven at 1600 for 20 to 25 minutes.
12) Red Velvet Cheese Cookies: -
Ingredients
50 gm butter 2.5 gm cocoa powder
20 ml milk
50 gm marvo
1/4 tsp Cheese Essence / Vanilla Essence
75 gm castor sugar
15 gm Cashew Nuts (roughly chopped)
5 gm baking powder
30 gm cheese spread
5 gm baking soda
1/4 tsp tomato red / raspberry red colour
130 gm all-purpose
flour(Maida)

Cooking Method:
1) Beat butter and marvo in a bowl for 2 minutes and fluffy.
2) Then add castor sugar and essence and beat again.
3) Now add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and mix
lightly by hand.
4) Then add cheese spread and milk and mix again with light hands.
5) Do two equal parts of the prepared dough as show. Add color again in one portion.
6) Roll both the parts as shown, press in the screwer and place on the baking tray.
Top-up with cashews.
7) Bake in preheated oven at 1600 for 20 to 25 minutes.
13) Rainbow Cookies: -
Ingredients
50 gm butter
130 gm all-purpose flour(Maida)
50 gm marvo
20 ml milk
75 gm castor sugar
¼ tsp vanilla essence
5 gm baking powder
20 gm colouring sev/vermicelli sev
5 gm baking soda
Cooking Method:
1) Beat butter and marvo in a bowl for 2 minutes and fluffy.
2) Then add castor sugar and essence and beat again for 30 seconds.
3) Now add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix lightly by hand.
4) Then slowly add milk and mix again with light hands.
5) Add coloring sev and mix again with light hands.
6) Make a ready-made dough make the balls and arrange it in the baking tray, again
Stick the sev.
7) Bake in preheated oven at 1600 for 20 to 25 minutes.

14) Nutty Pistachio Paradise Cookies: -
Ingredients
50 gm butter 2.5 gm baking soda
50 gm marvo 2.5 gm baking powder
75 gm brown sugar
30 gm pistachios
20 gm custard powder
30 gm cheese
10 gm milk powder
10 ml milk
100 gm all-purpose flour
(Maida) Green color
Cooking Method:
1) Beat butter and marvo in a bowl for 2 minutes and fluffy.
2) Then add brown sugar, milk powder and custard powder beat again.
3) Now add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix lightly by hand.
4) Then add milk and mix, make two portions of dough as shown
5) Add green color in one part. Do not add color in the other part
6) Mix pistachios and peanuts, prepare cookies as shown.
7) Bake in preheated oven at 1600 for 20 to 25 minutes.
15) KitKat Orange Punch Cookies: -
Ingredients
50 gm butter 5 gm baking soda
5 gm baking powder
50 gm marvo
¼ tsp Orange Essence
50 gm brown sugar
1/4 tsp orange colour
25 gm castor sugar
1/4 tsp Orange Zest
10 gm custard powder
2 Packet KitKat Chocolate (Chopped)
120 gm all-purpose flour
(Maida) 150 ml milk

Cooking Method:
1) Beat butter and marvo in a bowl for 2 minutes until fluffy.
2) Then add brown sugar, castor sugar and orange essence beat again 30 seconds.
3) Now add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, custard powder and mix
lightly by hand.
4) Add orange zest and kit Kat as shown. Prepare the balls as shown, top
up with kit-Kat.
5) Dust with icing sugar and bake in preheated oven at 1600 for 20 to 25 minutes.
