From the Engineer-in-Chief (AW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad letter


No.Rc/ENC/B2/34595/2008, dated 27.10.2008.

ORDER:

Government has taken up a large number of Irrigation Projects on priority and


Water Management in several command areas of the existing projects is critical.
Several divisions in the Irrigation & C.A.D. Department are functioning without Executive
Engineers, who are essential for execution of the projects and to monitor the operational
maintenance of the completed projects.

Government after careful consideration of the proposals furnished by the


Engineer-in-Chief (AW), I&CAD Department, have decided to make incharge
arrangements to the post of Executive Engineers in the State, to tide over the above
situation.

Accordingly, Sri R.SUDHEER, Deputy Executive Engineer, IC, Warangal is


transferred and posted as Incharge Executive Engineer in the post of Executive
Engineer, Special M.I. Division, Eturunagaram of Irrigation Circle, Warangal in the
existing vacancy on his own pay in relaxation of Rule 10 (h) of A.P. State and
Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.

The above arrangement is only an adhoc arrangement and not a promotion to


the post of Executive Engineer.

He is informed that posting him as Incharge Executive Engineer does not confer
any right or any claim for the post of Executive Engineer or to any claim for seniority or
promotion in future. These arrangements are subject to outcome of the court cases
pending, if any in the Hon’ble Supreme Court / High Court / A.P. Administrative Tribunal.

The Engineer-in-Chief (AW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad shall take


necessary action in the matter.
