The Department of the lnterior and Local Government lX, through the Project
Development and Monitoring Unit (PDMU), continues its efforts to strengthen
capacity development initiatives in the region. This includes enhancing the
capabilities of local govemment units (LGUs), as well as empowering them to
bemme more transparent and accountable in their governance.
As part of this initiative, the PDMU is focused on monitoring project implemenlation
and will be conducting an orientation on Local Budget Circular No. 161 and
Memorandum Circular No. 2023-063 Revrbed Omnibus Guidelines in the
Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects under ALGU-LGSF. We believe that this
orientation will significantly contribute to the effective implementation and the proper
utilization of funds of our LGUs.
ln view thereof, we would like to invite the following to attend the abovementioned
activity on May 28, 2025, via Zoom teleconferencing, to wit:
