During the internship period at HPL Electric Meter Company, I was assigned various tasks
and projects aimed at providing practical learning experiences in the field of electric meter
production. This report outlines the work assignments undertaken, key learnings, challenges
faced, and achievements during the internship.

Hands-on Learning: The opportunity to observe and participate in the manufacturing


processes of electric meters provided invaluable hands-on learning experiences. Being
able to see how theoretical concepts are applied in real-world production settings
enhanced my understanding of industrial manufacturing practices.
Problem-Solving Challenges: Facing technical challenges and finding solutions was
rewarding as it allowed me to apply critical thinking skills and knowledge gained from
coursework to practical situations. Overcoming these challenges not only strengthened
my technical skills but also boosted my confidence in tackling complex problems.

Supply Chain Disruptions:


The company faced challenges related to supply chain disruptions, including raw material
shortages and logistics delays.
Mitigation strategies such as diversification of suppliers and inventory optimization were
implemented to address these challenges.
