CANDIDATE AGREEMENT

FOR PARTICIPATION IN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AND LANGUAGE QUALIFICATION OF REGISTERED NURSES

FOR THE PURPOSE OF PERMANENT WORK AND MIGRATION TO GERMANY

1. I have applied with Medline Recruitment Ltd. for possible employment, for the position of Nurse in Germany.

2. Qualification - I possess all the qualifications of a nurse in my home country.

3. I hereby declare and warrant that:

a) I am a citizen of --------------- which permits me to practice as a nurse within its territorial limits on the same
basis as the subject or citizen of such country
b) I am of good moral character and have no history of criminal records
c) I am or will be a holder of a degree in nursing from a college or university of
(city), (state), that complies with the standards of nursing education
duly recognized by the relevant government authority
d) I have taken and passed all required internships and practical examinations and passed the licensure
examination for nurses
e) I will provide a curriculum and/or list of subjects and proof of all theoretical and practical hours completed
during my nursing studies
f) I am in possession of / will provide a valid passport and birth certificate
g) I have been issued a professional license by the relevant board of nursing
h) I can provide certificates of employment in the field of nursing related to periods of employment stated in
my CV

4. I was properly briefed by Medline Recruitment Ltd. on the language training, documentation, and procedures
involved in the process.

5. German language Training - I am aware that to initiate a career as a nurse in Germany I would need to be
trained in the German Language till the B1/B2 level (as per partner requirement).
I shall immediately undergo the German language training and take the German language B1/B2 level (as per
partner requirement) exam thereafter; Medline Recruitment Ltd. shall carry out the training program either
online or offline.

6. Simultaneous with the German Language training, I bind myself to proceed with the proper authentication of
my credentials and professional qualifications, which include among others, the certification/ attestation and
the translation of my credentials into the German language. All the costs related to the documentation shall be
borne by Medline Recruitment Ltd or by the partner of Medline Recruitment Ltd.

7. I shall complete all the documentation processes including attestation/ certification and translation within the
first 2 months of enrollment with the support of Medline Recruitment Ltd. The required documents are
mentioned in Annexure- I.

8. If I have started learning German previously, I must prove and formally declare that I am not bound in any way
by a contract to another agency.

9. Program Rules - I will avail of the German language training offered by Medline Recruitment Ltd. and agree to
follow its rules, and adhere to its requirements, I shall:
a) Submit an original valid passport for enrollment in the training program
b) Be duly certified as physically fit for the job
c) Maintain at least 90% attendance at all times. To maintain your eligibility and ensure compliance with
Medline recruitment policies, you must attend a minimum of four training sessions per week without fail. In
the event of an emergency or health issues, you must obtain permission by providing a valid reason to both
the trainer and the Medline representative, along with appropriate proof. Medline reserves the right to
remove candidates who do not adhere to this policy, and any security deposit paid will be forfeited.
d) Participate in all internal language proficiency assessments (mock tests)
e) Clear the internal exams from A1 to B2 level (failing to do so will result in demotion or getting delay in the
process)
f) Allow sufficient time for self-study - I shall fully concentrate on my German language training and allow for
enough study time to prepare before and after classes, do homework, and keep up with the pace of the
class content
g) Ensure my academic & work experience records are authentic & verifiable
h) Adhere to any other reasonable requirements to be made known by Medline Recruitment Ltd. at a later
date
i) Cover the fees for the training materials which are deemed necessary by the language training center

10. In order to be given a working visa by the German Embassy, I must finish the German language training and
clear the assessment from A1 to B1/B2 level (as per partner requirement) German language exam (Goethe/
OSD/TELC/ECL).

11. Deployment / Employment - I shall complete the process of documentation, Scanned copies of attested copies
of all the necessary documents for the program (attested by a Gazetted officer), should be uploaded within 7
days of admission, and training with Medline Recruitment Ltd. with the support of Medline Recruitment Ltd.
until I am deployed to Germany and begin my employment with the German employer.

12. I will be placed according to the vacancy situation at the time of placement. My individual wishes to which I
want to work or with whom together will be considered but not guaranteed. I shall not decline the offer
without pre- arranged reason, which I have agreed to at the time of the interview and should be noted
separately. I will not decline the offer based on the location/ type of recognition examination.

13. I acknowledge that Medline Recruitment Ltd. is not responsible for any delay in the process of documentation
and is solely my responsibility. However, Medline Recruitment Ltd. will guide me in the process of certification/
attestation and the translation of my credentials into the German language (if required).

 14. Repayment Clause:
Medline Recruitment Ltd will cover the expenses related to my German language training from A1 to B2.
However, I am required to pay a security deposit under the following conditions:
Deposit Amount: £250 (or an equivalent amount in local currency based on exchange rates) as a single
payment.
Installment Option: Alternatively, I may choose to pay £300 in three monthly installments, as follows:
First Installment: Minimum of £100
Remaining Two Installments: £200 to be distributed equally or as deemed appropriate.
This security deposit will be fully refunded once I relocate to Germany.

Candidates will initially bear the cost for booking the B1/B2 exams at authorized institutes. This cost will be
refunded to candidates for the attempt they pass once they migrate to Germany.

The events are:

a) If I quit after attending at least 3 days of a training session

b) Ruled out from training due to disciplinary action against misconduct, improper behavior, lack of
participation in training (attendance shortage), and unlawful activities.
c) If I don’t join any of the clients referred by Medline Recruitment Ltd.
d) If I leave due to personal, financial, and/or health issues
e) If I quit the program due to failure in language training and assessment in GOETHE/ OSD/ TELC/ECL
examinations
f) If I quit stating dissatisfaction with the services provided by Medline Recruitment Ltd.
g) If I deviate from adhering to any of the program rules mentioned in point number 9 of this agreement
h) VISA application failure

15. Data protection clause - I agree that Medline Recruitment Ltd. may save and use my personal data with the
purpose of processing my application in accordance with the respective legal requirements.

I have signed this undertaking with my own free and voluntary will, fully aware of the consequences and benefits
of my undertaking.
