the districts of Cachar and Dima Hasao;

(b) the year-wise funds allocated, funds released and funds utilised on the project from
2014 to 2018;

(c) whether there is any cost over-run for completion of the projects, if so, the details
thereof; and

(d) the tentative date of completion of the project?
