Disappointing

För varmt vattnet gå inte duscha det tag två dagar för
byta rummet andra rummet var ju samma vi lämnade
hotellet två dagar innan. Vi fick inte tillbaka pengarna fast

Awful according to money wise.

Location

Staff wasn’t friendly and helpful.


Breakfast was awful! Everyday was same things. it was
like vegetarian breakfast almost everyday.Can’t even
have piece of bread!

Disappointing

The reception staff was very rude and impolite. We had


an issue during check in and we had to ask for the
manager as the staff was rude. Finally, when we went to
checkout, he was behaving as if taking revenge. He was
teasing us in Philippines language as if talking to his
coworker. Caught the English phrase “they are Bill Gates”
in between his conversation. It is not acceptable to
handle customers this way, teasing and laughing at them
during check out. We would never ever choose this hotel
again …

Clean room and the staff are Polite and accomodating

It's far from the metro station, and there's no coffee, tea,
toothbrush, toothpaste, available in the room. And No
swimming pool.

Disappointing

Sudiq at the reception was very nice and helpful. He tried


to get us in the same level but the hotel was full. I salute
Dev the housekeeper, he is exceptional and deserves a
raise in salary. He goes beyond and above.

The rest of the service has deteriorated. The cup for tea
was cracked, the sugar was one packet, and they provide
tea in the room which has sugar but they don't give
spoons. The TV in my room was off. I thought there is a
supervisor to check most things to be in good condition
before another guest checks in.

Too much noise from the airplanes, every 15 minutes a


plan flys across your window, it seems like it's flying in
your room, I couldn't sleep well.

Worst

Parking is at the back of the building. City Avenue Hotel


Al Rigga is way better. I lodged here last year October
2021 and they collected 200 dirham from me as a deposit
until now, they haven’t figure out how to pay me back. I
called and visited the same hotel this year June 2022.
Yet, they can’t figure how to pay me back.

No microwave, no kitchen. If your flight arrive in the


motioning, you will have to wait until 2pm before you
check in even when there are rooms available. Very
stupid and moronic policy! I lodged here last year
October 2021 and they collected 200 dirham from me as
a deposit until now, they haven’t figure out how to pay me
back. I called and visited the same hotel this year June
2022. Yet, they can’t figure how to pay me back.

Poor

When checking in, they will ask you for a deposit. In my


case, they asked for €50. If everything is alright, you will
receive exactly this amount back when checking out. Well
very surprisingly, when I wanted to check-out they lost
my deposit. They didn’t had €50 anymore. First they tried
to tell me that i didnt gave a deposit. Luckily I still had my
receipt. After that, they wanted to give me dirhams. I
didnt need dirhams at all, because we were going to the
airport to leave Dubai. In the end, I had t accept the
dirhams, because time was ticking.

I am afraid this trick is done more often. Be careful!

Far below my expectations
