INVERSE HYPERBOLIC FUNCTIONS
➢ As for the trigonometric functions, we write y = sinh–1 x to
represent the equation x = sinh y, and we call the function y =
sinh–1 x the inverse hyperbolic sine of x.
➢ Since hyperbolic functions were defined in terms of exponential
functions, the inverse hyperbolic functions can be expressed in
terms of logarithmic functions.
