NOTICE FOR INCREASE IN CONSIDERATION OF RENT

We refer to the above captioned and hereby inform you that, the
consideration of rent in respect of self-contain which you currently
occupy as a tenant, in house no. 28, 4th Avenue, Gwarinpa, Abuja will be
increased by N500, 000 that is from what you paid last year; N1, 000,000
to N1, 500,000 to take effect from next tenancy agreement which is,
29th day of September, 2025.

2. Please note that a Service charge of N200, 000 is to be paid yearly


together with the annual rent, the total sum altogether will amount to
N1, 700,000.

3. This increment is due to the high cost of maintenance arising from


current economic instability, currency devaluation and high inflation
rate.

4. Please find attached an acceptance form, to be filled by you and


submitted to the landlord within one week.
