And whereas the TENANT herein approached to the LANDLORD to let-out the above
said premises, to the Tenant on rent underlhe following terms and conditions:-
NOW THIS RENTAL AGREEM NT WITNESSETH AS UNDER:-
1. That the TENANT have to pay monthly rent of Rs. 5,00CI,/-, for the above said
premises regutarty on or before Sthday of every month.

will be refundable at the time of handing over the said premises to the Landlord.
