LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS (BLGUs) IN REGION 1 RELATIVE
TO ARIA ADVISORY 2025-009
DATE April 23, 2025
The DUG Regional Office 1,in partnership with the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Northern
Luzon Regional Field Office, will conduct the Online Orientation for Barangay Local
Government Units (BLGUs) in Region 1 regarding the recent issuance of ARTA Advisory
2025-009 with the subject “Guidelines on the Submission of Citizens’ Charter and Other ARTA
Requirements by the Barangay Local Government Units (BLGUs).”
The activity is designed to orient participants on ARTA compliance requirements, including
key provisions of the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act
(RA 11032). Specifically, it will cover the BLGU Citizens’ Charter and Certificate of
Compliance, BLGU Client Satisfaction Measurement Report, and BLGU Initial Reengineering
Plan.
The orientation will be held as follows:
