RFP for Construction of Six Laning grade separated structure at Km. 151+120
(Sangteda), at Km. 225+700 (Manpura- Machedi) and Km. 217+250 (Lakher) and
white topping of service road at 05 nos. locations on Gurgaon-Kotputli-Jaipur section
of NH48 in the state of Rajasthan on EPC Mode.

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through National Highways Authority of
India is engaged in the development of National Highways and as part of this endeavour,
it has been decided to undertake Construction of Six Laning grade separated structure at
Km. 151+120 (Sangteda), at Km. 225+700 (Manpura- Machedi) and Km. 217+250
(Lakher) and white topping of service road at 05 nos. locations on Gurgaon-Kotputli-Jaipur
section of NH48 in the state of Rajasthan through an Engineering, Procurement and
Construction (EPC) Contract.

The National Highways Authority of India represented by its Chairman now invites bids
from eligible contractors for the following project:

submit its Financial bid and Technical Bid at https://etenders.gov.in and https://bims.gov.in
on or before 10.06.2025 (upto 1100 hours IST). Bids received online shall be opened on
11.06.2025 (at 1130 hours IST).

Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, POA for
signing the Bid, POA for lead member of JV, if any, JBA for JV, if any, Integrity Pact,
and experience certificates apostile at foreign origin, if any and other documents specified
in clause 2.11.2 of RFP shall be submitted physically in original by the Lowest Bidder
before issuance of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) by the Authority. However, while
submitting Bid Security via Fixed Deposit Receipt Account Payee demand draft or
Banker’s Cheque, it is to be ensured by the Bidder that Fixed Deposit Receipt, Account
Payee demand draft or Banker’s Cheque are submitted physically latest within 5 working
days of the Bid Due Date (upto 11:00 hours). Please note that the National Highways
Authority of India reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without
assigning any reason whatsoever.
