letter will confirm that all qualification requirements are met and that the qualification will be awarded at the next relevant graduation
ceremony date.

Students with pending exemptions/mark alterations will not qualify for such a letter, until the outstanding exemptions/mark
alterations are formally approved by the Executive Committee of Senate (SENEX).
