Answer the following Questions:


Question 1 [10 marks]:
a) Write Project title, problem definition, intended users showing individual differences, how it can
serve users with special needs.
b) What is the limitations on interactive performance?
c) Define different paper prototype evolution roles?
d) What is the ergonomics give three examples?
Question 2 [10 marks] [1 each, -1 for each wrong one ]:
a) Which of the following are valid ways to avoid having a bad user interface? (Circle all that apply.)
i. Speak to experts who study user interfaces.
ii. Build prototypes.
iii. Limit the functionality the users can customize to minimize the interface.
iv. Make sure the back end works pretty well before presenting the user with the interface to avoid confusing the
users with bugs and getting bad interface advice.
v. Talk to users.
b) Paper Prototype: limitations

c) Assume you are developing the information architecture for a bank website. The primary purpose of the site is to
inform customers about the bank’s services as well as give them access to online services. Below are methods
possible methods for designing the information architecture. However, they are not in a reasonable order.
