Goal Setting
Goals are achievements that we strive for that gives us a direction or purpose in life. These can
be beneficial to our existential growth as individual. And for me, setting goals in my life gives motivation
to thrive and achieve what I aspire to have and to be in the future.
Firstly, my goals within these few months are correlated to my physical, mental, and academic
aspect. I would want to achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle that includes brisk walking, jogging, or
running as my physical exercise. Also, to attain that goal, I must cut unhealthy foods and habits that can
negatively affect my overall health. This could also be of help to my goal to have a stable mental and
emotional aspect. I wish to achieve a more positive attitude and less stress-absorber self, for this can
reduce my negative way of coping with life and people. To add up, I want to start doing my school
requirements and review my subjects through avoiding cramming and procrastinating.
In addition to my future goals, I yearn for financial success and in order for me to start investing,
I must save up money and cut unnecessary expenses. To achieve this, I am already working on
something that can be source of even a small amount of money, but can eventually lessen my burden
financially. This can also be a stepping stone to my desire to be a businesswoman someday. Also, I aim
to be successful someday to support my goal since I was a child to help people in need, to provide them
what I can give and what they are deprived of having in this life. I would also want to feed stray cats and
dogs that has no home to go to or a family to treat as their love and care giver. Last goal is to pay back
the expenses and sacrifices my parents had to provide our wants and need as they believe that I must
give everything in return.
To conclude, I have few ultimate goals in different aspects of my life that can be a beneficial for
my own growth.
