3. Keyboard Interface

3.1 Keypad button explain

RE- Disp:

When power off suddenly in fueling, press the RE-disp. key continuously until it

displays the currently liter and amount in the display board.

Value/ Valve:

 Press Value/Valve key to choose sales or liter preset.

Setting mode, press the Value/Quant key, it will be Solenoid valve turn off

value setting.

Total:

Press the Total key, Query shift total.

Setting mode, press the Total or Cacul key, it will query general total.

Stop :

Press Stop key to stop fueling.

Press Stop key to printing.

Start/U.P:

Press Start key to start fueling.

Setting mode, press the U.P key, it will be Unit price setting.

Clear:

Press Clear key to clear number.

4. Fueling Mode
The dispenser will self-checking full digits on the display board when it is turn on1--9,

after 9-10 seconds, dispenser will turn to standby mode.

4.1Fueling without preset

4.1.1press“Start/up”key to start the dispenser.

4.12 Put down the nozzle or press the “stop” key to stop the fueling.

4.2 Fueling with preset

4.21 Press the “Value/ Value” key to select L 0 (Liter)or P 0 ,enter the mode of

 preset fueling with sales or volumes.

4.2.2 Input the preset value, if mistake, press the “Clear” to clear, 1 decimal or 2

decimal are available

4.2.3 After input, lift the nozzle or press the “Start/Up” key to start fuel, when the

value arrived target value, it will stop and show the relevant value on the display

board and the keyboard will be reset.

4.2.4Stop fueling by integer sales

When in the fueling, press“·” key, the sales reached the next integer, it will stop

automatically.

4.3 Receipt printing function( Optional)

After the fueling, press the “Stop”key，the printer will print the current fueling data.

5. Querying mode
5.1.Under non working state, you can inquiry corresponding data via keyboard。

Query currently refueling data:

Press the“RE-Disp+Value”， The display board will prompt the current fueling data。

Query 60 previous fueling data:

Press “RE-Disp”, continuously press “Value/valve”key.

5.2. Query shift total

 5.2.1Query the volume(liter) of shift total.

 Press the then press “Value/valve”key, the keyboard display prompt L 0;

 Press the“Total”key, The keyboard will display the total volume with high 4 digits

and low 4 digits in turn, the prompt is “C”, it will display the liter of shift totalizer

counter and prompt “L” directly in the display board.

5.2.2Query the amount(sales) of shift total:

 Press the then press “Value/valve”key, to make the keyboard display prompt P 0;

 Press the“Total”key, The keyboard will display the total volume with high 4 digits

and low 4 digits in turn, the prompt is “C”, it will display the liter of shift totalizer

counter and prompt “P” directly in the display board.

5.2.3Clear the shift total:

 Press the “Total” key, it will display the liter or amount of shift total in the keyboard

and display board.

 Turn the key switch to the “Set” position, press “ Clear ” key, the shift total will be

cleared.

(after clear the shift total ,turn to the key to inject state).

5.3.Query general total:

Turn key to “Set” position.

1. Query the volume(liter) of general total

 Press the “Value/Valve” key to make the keyboard display prompt L 0, turn

the key switch to the “Set” position.

 Press the “Total” key, it will display the general total in the display board, and the

unit price district display prompt “L”.

2. Query the amount of general total

 Press the “Value/Valve” key to make the keyboard display prompt P 0,

 turn the key switch to the “Set” position.

 Press the “Total” key, it will display the amount of general total in the display board,

and the unit price district display prompt “P”.

3. Clear the volume(liter) of general total

(When the liter of general total reach to 9999999999.XX, the fueling stopped, the

key board displays prompt E 05 , the display board displays the current sales record.

Should clear the general total after copy out by staff.)

The method of clear the liter(amount) of general total:

 Press the “Value/Valve” key to make the keyboard displays prompt L 0 ,

 turn the key switch to the “Set” position.

 Press the“stop” key, the keyboard displays prompt u 0

 input the code 8002

 press the“RE-Disp+ Clear” key, keyboard will display H 0

 press the“RE-Disp+ Total” key, keyboard will display the n 0 in the display

board, and the display prompt show “L”.

 Press the“·” key, it will display nnnnnn , the display board show 0.namely the liter

of general total reset to zero.

(Clear the amount(sales) of general total and Clear the volume(liter) of general total

operation method is the same)

no matter what the total amount or total liter reset to zero, the other will also be

automatic reset to zero

5.4 Query the Nozzle number and Oil code

 press the“RE-Disp+ Stop” key, it will display p xx 00 /01 .

XX represent Nozzle number;

00 represent oil code ;

5.5 Query the Nozzle version number and Pulse equivalent

 press the“RE-Disp+ 0” key, it will display p xx xxxx .

xx represent Nozzle version number;

xxxx representd Pulse equivalent.

5.6 Disconnect the power supply, you can inquiry corresponding data via keyboard.

 Press “RE-Disp”continuously, until the LCD display the lastest amount、volume、

unit price

5.7 Query the medium（liquid，Gas) temperature

 press the“RE-Disp+ 9” key

5.8 Query the medium（liquid，Gas) density

 press the“RE-Disp+ 8” key

6. Setting mode
Turn the key switch to the “Set” position when there is no fueling in process, so can

set up relevant parameters .

6.1 Unit price setting

 Turn key to “Set” position.

 Input the new unit price, the decimal point is turned into Fixed point.

 After set up and turn the key switch to the “Inject” position, it will display the

new unit price in display board.

6.2 setting shut off Solenoid valve advance

 Turn key to “Set” position.

The system set up the original main solenoid valve turn off value is 0.2Liter. If have

necessary can reset the value, the set up range of the value is 0~0.99 Liter.

 Press the “Value/Valve” key, it will display the original solenoid valve turn off value

d 0.20 in the keyboard.

 Input a new number, the decimal point is turned into Fixed point, does not need to

input.

 Turn key back to “Inject” position.

6.3 Function of locking pump

Turn key to “Inject” position.

1.The operation of locking.

 Press the “RE-Disp + Total” key, the keyboard will display q-----

 Input the code 1234, the keyboard will display q—1234

 Press the“· ” key confirm, the keyboard will display P AL-20, pump is locked.

2.The operation of unlock

 Press the “RE-Disp + Total” key, the keyboard will display q-----

 input the code 1234, the keyboard will display q—1234,

 Press the“·” key confirm, the keyboard will display P 0, pump is unlocked.

(Remark: Locking function explains If the fuel dispenser is locked, the other functions

are normal except the refuel (it cannot carry out the refueling operation).

6.4 Date/time setting

 Turn key to “Set” position.

 Press the “Stop” key, input 8005,

 Press the “RE-Disp +clear” key,

 Input the date in 12 digital number： 4 digits years 、2 digits month 、2 digits day 、

2 digits hours 、2digits minutes , it will display the Date/time of in the display board,

ex 202302191117.

 Press the “·” key,

 then turn key to “Inject” position. Finish the date/time setting .

6.5 Nozzle number setting

 Turn key to “Set” position.

 Press the “Stop” key, the keyboard will display u

 Input the code 9998xx, then turn key to “Inject” position. the keyboard will display

xx.

xx: is Nozzle number.

6.6 Oil code setting

 Turn key to “Set” position.

6.8 Detect the electromagnetic or Mechanical totalizer setting

 Turn key to “Set” position.

00: CPU detect the electromagnetic totalizer;

11: CPU no detect electromagnetic totalizer.

6.9 Set and cancel the automatic receipt printing function

 Turn key to “ Set ” position.

 Press the “Stop”key, the keyboard will display u

 Input the code 999500/11

 Turn key to“Inject” position. the keyboard will display 00/11.

00: When the tanker is stopped, the receipt will not be printed automatically;

11: When the tanker is stopped, automatically printed receipts.

6.10 Set the repeat pre-set refueling function

 Turn key to “Set” position.

 Press the “Stop” key, the keyboard will display u

6.11 Set the Minimum date on display avoid filling no oil and the litre date show on

8. P1-P4 Operating mode

 press "start/up" key to start the filling.

P1-P4 common quantitative key setting method

Press the “Value/ Value” key, the keyboard will display L 0 ，liter quantitative setting;

the keyboard will display P 0, Sales quantitative setting.

 Press the “Value/ Value” key, the keyboard will display L 0 .

 Input the code 30. the keyboard will display L 30 .

 Press the “RE-Disp + P1(or Press any button for P1-P4 key)” key, the keyboard

will display LLLLLL, Indicates that the value was successfully stored.

 Turn key to “Inject” position, Press the “P1” key, then Press the“Start/UP”Key, it will

fill with saved value.

The sales setting is the same as the liter setting.

Only integer bits can be preset. The amount of oil is 1 liter and the sales is 1 USD.

8. Error Code illustration and trouble shooting

The CPU can not detect the pulser, pulser fail or the connection of pulser have problem.

 E 02:

Start to fuel, but no oil come out in 2 Minutes, the dispenser will stop and prompt this

error.

E 03:

During the fueling, if there are no oil come out for 2 minute, the dispenser will stop and

prompt this error.

E 06:

The general total of volume / amount arrive the max value, fueling will be stop and

prompt this code, you need to clear the general total of volume.

E 07:

When the CPU can not detect the electromagnetic totalizer , please check the

electromagnetic totalizer and the connation.

E 08: Battery empty, please change or charge the battery.

E 12:

The amount reach the max value during the fueling, the keyboard will prompt this code,

please restart and continue the fueling.

E 13:

The volume reach the max value during the fueling, the keyboard will prompt this code,

please restart and continue the fueling.

E 15:

For double dispenser, when on keyboard is under set mode, the another keyboard can not

be operate to fuel, then the keyboard will prompt this code, you need to return the

 mode to injection mode of another nozzle.

E 16:

When the fueling times reach the set time, the dispenser will stop working, you need to

unlock it.
