Script: Snow White and the Four Dwarfs Stepmother: Hunter! Come forth.

Characters: Hunter: At your service, my Queen.


• Narrator (Carolina e Ana Carolina) Stepmother: Take Snow White into the forest. Kill her. And bring back her heart.
• Snow White (Francisca)
• Mirror (Guilherme) Hunter (hesitating): As you command…
• Stepmother (Bárbara) Narrator: The next day, he took Snow White deep into the woods.
• Hunter (Guilherme)
• Doc (João) Snow White: Why are we going so far?
• Grumpy (Adriana)
• Happy (César) Hunter (softly): Forgive me, Princess. I was ordered to kill you… but I cannot.
• Sneezy (Daniel) Run! Hide yourself and never return.
• Prince (Afonso)
Snow White: Thank you… thank you for sparing my life!
Narrator: The Hunter killed a deer and brought its heart to the Queen.
Scene 1 – The Queen’s Wish
Stepmother: Have you done it?
Narrator: Once upon a time, when snowflakes fell like feathers, a Queen sat
sewing by her window. She pricked her finger, and three drops of blood fell upon Hunter: Yes, my Queen. Here… her heart.

Mirror: “You, O Queen, are the fairest of them all.”

Mirror (later): “O Queen, though fair you be, Snow White is fairer now, you see.” Happy: Oh come on, Grumpy! Look — someone’s sleeping in my bed! And

Sneezy: Ah… ah… AH-CHOO! There’s so much dust! I think I’m allergic to

Scene 3 – The Forest and the Hunter
Narrator: In the morning, Snow White woke up.
Snow White: Oh! I’m so sorry. I was lost and tired. Please don’t be angry.
Narrator: The Stepmother summoned the royal hunter.
Doc: We’re not angry. But who are you, young lady? Grumpy: This is why we told her never to open the door!
Snow White: I’m Snow White. The Queen wants to kill me. Please, may I stay Happy (sobbing): She was so kind… so good…

Narrator: They placed her in a glass coffin and carried her to the top of the

Snow White: I promise.
Prince: She is the most beautiful soul I have ever seen. I must take her with me.

Scene 5 – The Disguise


Narrator: As his servants lifted the coffin, they stumbled — and the piece of
poisoned apple came loose from her throat.
Narrator: The Queen returned to her mirror. Snow White: Where… where am I?
Stepmother: Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all? Prince: You’re safe now. Will you come with me to my kingdom?
Mirror: Though fair you be, Snow White is fairer still. She lives beyond the hills Snow White: Yes… with all my heart.

Scene 8 – Happily Ever After
Narrator: She disguised herself as a peddler woman and went to the dwarfs’

Narrator: And the wicked Queen? She was never seen again.
Narrator: When the dwarfs returned, they found Snow White lying cold and still.
All (except Queen): And they all lived happily ever after.
Doc: She’s… she’s not breathing.
