Case Review
11th of April 2024 at about 11:30 o’clock in the morning. Mr. Bogrong Bonifacio, 21 years
of age, and his wife Mrs. Jane Bonifacio, 20 years of age, both of Filipino nationality,
was found dead at the 3rd floor of Benito Lopez building, room number 313 at PHINMA
University of Iloilo, Rizal St. Iloilo City. Mr. Gener together with his friends Mr.
Cabunagan and Mr. Cabalo was the first one to arrive at the crime scene after they
heard two gun shots and a cry for help. When they arrive, they saw both victims already
lying on the floor with empty shells everywhere. Mr. Lester Bonifacio, son of the victims
upon arriving at the crime scene just few minutes after the others, was the one to call for
help.
Evidence:
The dead body of the victims lying on the floor. Three (3) empty shells of bullet, a
scissor near the door and a handkerchief.
Name of Subjects: Mr. Bogrong Bonifacio and Mrs. Jane Bonifacio
Age: 21 and 20, respectively
Nationality: Filipino
Summary: Mr and Mrs Bonifacio was killed as a result of what could have been a
robbery of their house.

AFFIDAVIT OF THE WITNESS
I, Charles Gener 20 years old, single, Filipino, a resident of Barangay Infante, Molo,
Iloilo City under oath do hereby depose and say:
Last 11th day of April 2024 at around 11:30 O’clock in the morning, me and my friends
Jobert Cabunagan and Kevin Cabalo was passing by the room number 313 in the
Benito Lopez building and we heard two gunshot and someone calling for help. We run
to the room immediately and there we found the two people, a man and a woman lying
on the floor already dead. After about two minutes, we saw a boy crying while calling
the police for help. After about 10 minutes, a police officer arrive and we were prohibited
to come inside the room.
That I am executing the affidavit to prove the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and
circumstances.
I’M WITNESS THEREOF; I have here unto signed this affidavit this 12 th day of April
2024 in the Iloilo Police Station 1, Iloilo City.
