1 Purpose of Interaction with the Holy See

Before we tell people, we need to know what to tell.

Once we tell about aliens, we have also to provide a new sense of life: Religion's job.

7 Summary of the Motivation (No Upheaval Event Hypothesis)

*0 Economy, Military, Clergy, People have pretty different views of Disclosure that sooner or later will clash; even
worse conflicts can be predicted among subjects with different ethnicity, religion, ideology, educational level; before we
go to the Vatican we need to know the background; we are Mr. Nobody, but in a matter of years there will be billions
of Mr. Nobody to deal with.
Since growing individually and collectively is a requirement for Disclosure and the only way of growing is mutual
enhancement, discordant thought or priorities are not an obstacle to discussion, but the very reason for discussion.
As we raise an issue that affects everybody worldwide we must think with everybody's mind and not in accord with
our own standpoint or agenda, but become a model of conversation to bring peace for all.
We know how awful the situation is and what are the interests of the various subjects, hence it is too late for
diplomacy or strategy, we better talk as friends with everyone in order to exploit the change brought about by the
Pentagon and Navy footages.
*1. We are underestimating the complexity of the matter and the uncontrollability of the implications: discussing
such a vast matter is difficult even for the experts, everything will collapse and countless questions we cannot answer
will arise.
2. There is little point to waste time and money searching for ETs on lightyears far off planets while they already
collaborate and interfere with us since 70 years to say the least, in fact since ever. This policy is good publicly to
gain credit, but not privately.
3. We must be aware that everything is connected and the ultimate question is always the dominion of a human
elite linked to non-human races over the human race on this planet: it is written in history.
4. These races are so superior to us that we have no hope to prevail without a heavenly support, but the
responsibility for our destiny remains ours. That's why help comes exclusively as information. A direct intervention
can be expected only to save the Planet or the environment, also in a genetic sense.
*5. People's awakening is faster than expected, but the plan of the enemy is much faster. We cannot allow time
to fly while waiting for an institutional initiative.
6. The situation is extremely serious and nearly unrecoverable either at an individual and at a collective level,
unless a radical change takes place: crises, decline, total restrictions, mind control.
*7. There is very little we can do, we are cast in a condition of total contradiction in all respects, we are almost
doomed to failure, yet there is no alternative to fight against the common enemy no matter how unprepared we are
and to cooperate with the institutions no matter how corrupted they are: seeking for good ideas and good people must
be done.
8. ET Disclosure amounts to uncover the presence of either friendly and hostile aliens thus opening the way to
unpredictable scenarios, although the influence of negative aliens is expected to be more relevant.
9. ET Disclosure is the most simple, easy, quick way to overthrow the current control system, since it inevitably
brings about the exposure of all the major truths: Reincarnation, ET presence and our role in the Universe, Conspiracy
of the elite.
10. ET Disclosure is a worldwide phenomenon with different repercussions for different ethnic groups; in particular
Islamic fundamentalism is a source of great concern and will demand a lot of tolerance.
*11. ET Disclosure is not just a military issue, but involves religious, philosophical, psychological, social, economic
implications, therefore a discussion on these matters is inevitable; curiously enough political implications are deemed to
be the less severe ones, conversely it is politics that can strongly influence the Disclosure.
12. ET Disclosure amounts to an increasing number of people becoming aware of the true nature of reality; aliens'
job is helping only by revealing their presence with UAP to common people, with partial oriented revelations to
contactees, via secret meetings with authorities; similar activities can be either benevolent or less.
13. ET Disclosure amounts to individual and collective change in values and attitudes, in order to get the
"Passport to the Cosmos", which is the most difficult side; UFO and spiritual researchers' job is spreading also pleas
for reciprocal respect, improved relationships and intellectual advancement.
14. ET Disclosure is a spiritual, cultural, technological individual and collective "initiatic" process, non-
homogeneous for different subjects: a long-term preparation is required with the need of a lot of tolerance and
patience to harmonize the diversity; Freemasons' job is leading the change, UFO and spiritual researchers' job is
spreading information and bibliographic references for people.
*15. ET Disclosure amounts to redefine the sense of life and we cannot expect philosophical indications from
Military or Politics; Religion's job is dealing with the new life purpose, therefore religious institutions have to be
involved.
*16. ET Disclosure will demolish religious beliefs more than anything else, therefore the religious authorities are the
most interested in handling the problem: a) politics will never move without religious consent; b) organized religions
are the only ones capable of guiding a uniform collective reaction; c) priests of any religion are those designated to
prepare people for the new sense of life; d) ET presence is the subject of religious Scriptures since ever; e) Christianism
+ Taoism is the best starting point; f) an only partially correct doctrine adapted to lay people and distinguished from
the initiatic doctrine for advanced people is better than no religion at all, provided it ensures a spiritual and
intellectual progress unlike the present one.
17. ET Disclosure is to be simultaneous to an increase of responsibility and reliability of our race, otherwise we
have to remain restricted both in space (no travel outside the earth sphere) and in time (lifespan reduced by 10 times
in order to prevent the required knowledge).
18. ET Disclosure is dependent on our advancement, but a general regression is observed, therefore an
extraordinary educational plan for the new generations is the main precondition: Religion, front line Ufology and
cultural preparation of Youth are likewise in a decline that has to be reversed.
*19. ET Disclosure is not a cultural conversation but a survival issue, therefore few are not permitted to decide for
all, marginalizing individuals who are interested and can contribute to the same heavenly mission or oversee the
legitimacy of the process.
*20. ET Disclosure encounters 3 main obstacles at people's level: 1) lack of people's availability, 2) lack of a
centralized system to accumulate and organize information, 3) final destructive event (hostile ET); therefore it requires
a) psychic protection, b) a simple method and software to exchange and store information, c) an influential position.
*21. If independent initiatives are taken or conflicting versions are disseminated, these would leave everybody more
or less in the disinformation mess that is currently hindering any progress, therefore at least coordination or better
cooperation is requested in order to avoid confusion and mutual damage, also in order to reassure people we are
working for them in the most serious and reliable way.
So far inconsistency and incompleteness of the various versions was deliberately used to protect the "messengers",
whereby a higher risk is foreseen as we attempt to merge all information into a unified common view.
22. This does not imply a unique doctrine, which is of secondary importance, detrimental to the individual path
and hence contrary to the variety of the divine creation, but that the different paths or religious denominations lead to
the same goal: essentially moving from dogmatic devotion toward free evolution and cosmic awareness.
23. This implies at least a commitment of the various sources or institutions to abandon exclusivity and slightly
revise and adapt their approaches and messages in order to be consistent or compatible with each other: Religions,
Ufologists, Contactees, Science, Media, Military.
*24. Inescapable common points have to be: Biblical no Unique God but Polytheism, no Sin and Salvation but
Reincarnation, no Devotion but Evolution.
*25. Faith is not the same as belief, the former is trusting the spiritual power, the latter is a baseless and
consolatory conviction that has to be reviewed as human knowledge advances.
26. The UFO-ET-Paranormal topic is not strictly a scientific issue in the terrestrial acceptation, but involves every
quantitative and non-quantitative discipline, including the so called "Science of Spirit", yet it is subject to
experimentation.
*27. Our mind is not yet a "topological mind", therefore understanding the true nature of reality is out of reach; as
a consequence we better focus on the usefulness of the doctrine as opposed to its accuracy.
*28. Problem 1 (global). Large part of the hierarchy is implicated in the cover-up, because it never speaks
against it, otherwise it would disrupt the plot by simply teaching the true sense of the Scriptures; however we need to
establish a connection with good people who certainly can be found within the Church.
*29. Problem 2 (local). At least in Europe the number of followers attending the religious service is dramatically
and irreversibly diminishing, especially the youth, essentially due to the limits of current religion and to the obvious
cultural and spiritual regression; chances are that uncovering the ET presence and the true content of the Bible may
lead the residual believers to leave; in any case both the best of Religion and Ufology are going to disappear in the
next few years.
*30. Several attempts at both levels, global general and local individual, have been made recently, with little
success, but now ET presence being almost officially acknowledged changes the situation radically; we also would need
an official approval by the Holy See to operate in the parish; nevertheless the unbearable life we are facing should
teach how much we urgently need a more authentic relationship with Heaven: it is a matter of destiny of the species.

PROBLEM 1 (GLOBAL, GENERAL)

*31. We can provide a connection with high rank prelates, we can cooperate with prominent scholars in the field,
we can experiment with average people in the Church, at School, on the Web.
*32. Regardless how it ends up, an attempt to start a conversation with the Vatican would serve the following
purposes: understanding what they plan, understanding what we have to do, establishing a channel, putting pressure
on them, checking which side they are on.
*33. The urgency of the present times and the age of the best scholars or witnesses suggests that we have to move
now no matter what: events run faster than Disclosure.
*34. The ultimate purpose of our meetings is trying to outline the overall situation while looking forward in order
to understand where we are heading: we have to explore it in advance in order to minimize the odds of failure.
*35. Separate parallel initiatives with political and religious institutions have to be followed because no basic
implication can be overlooked.
*36. Separate parallel official-formal-public talks and unofficial-informal-confidential discussions have to be carried
out to facilitate independent progresses anyway.
*37. Separate parallel constructive and destructive policies presumably have to be followed at the same time in
order to elicit doubts and questions for which we can provide new answers: finding the proper balance between
demolition and proposal is challenging.
*38. Some controversial or disturbing matters do not need to be part of the agenda, but of an informal discussion
in order to guide the practical and political policies; similar talks are also desirable with the Holy See.
39. We focused on this topic because few ones in the field seem to be interested or accustomed to deal with
sense, religion, educational system, new generations and average people psychology, whilst we better start discussing
these issues now in order to be prepared in due time.
40. What we need is exchanging viewpoints and ideas, making material available, coordinating our initiatives,
sharing the same goal, understanding the best thing to do: this is the precondition for a Disclosure attracting positive
aliens.
41. The Italian situation and perspective might be significantly different from the American one and critical to
understand the whole issue; also the responses of people might be very different.
42. The matter is so vast and complex that in depth and extensive research is to be done in several fields without
discarding any useful contribution especially when it is the result of years of hard work already done.
43. The matter is so contaminated by alien and human disinformation and psychological bias that every source is
to be considered and carefully scrutinized to extract the valuable information; also extreme hypotheses cannot be
dismissed because reality already proved to be more surprising than Sci-Fi.
44. The research effort must focus especially on the different alien groups, their plans and their interactions in
order to foresee which sort of Disclosure we have to anticipate.
*45. The research effort must be exploited and granted an effect by those in a position of political influence: its
specific role is to provide insights about the context and the envisaged scenarios where the political action is going to
operate.
46. At least an essential general theory is to be quickly developed and agreed upon as a basis for cooperation and
to answer the legitimate questions arising from people; it should be extremely concise and arranged as a list of
numbered items that can be continually updated and shared.
47. Different levels of the theory and the religious doctrine should be addressed to the 3 basic levels of
development: 1) initiates [prepared, interested], 2) lay people [not prepared, interested], 3) workers [not prepared, not
interested], provided due respect, doctrinal effectiveness and free evolution are guaranteed for everybody.
*48. Before we go to the Vatican we have to make clear a) what to expect, b) what to show, c) what to suggest,
d) what to seek for, e) what to ask, f) what to demand.

In any case we are not working to destroy but to preserve the faith in a God of us all and to preserve the mission of
many good priests. The Church will have to revise its doctrine in any case in order to counteract the decline, so it is
better that they already consider the ET presence before it becomes destructive.
