Awareness of teaching work
5. General assessment and learning lessons
Through observing and teaching, I have come to realize that the role of a
preschool teacher is quite challenging. Working with young children, who are
highly sensitive to external influences, requires preschool teachers to be agile,
creative, and skillful in meeting the needs of their development. Toys serve as
the primary educational tools since children predominantly learn visually: seeing
with their eyes and interacting with their hands. Therefore, preschool teachers
are always mindful of selecting toys that cater to children's learning and play
needs. Prior to each class, I make an effort to create engaging and lively toys
that align with the lesson topic to captivate the children's interest.
In my time spent with teachers, I have also learned about the pedagogical
approach of being gentle, flexible, and adaptable in the classroom. When
preparing a lesson plan, it is essential to carefully study the topic, devise a
suitable teaching method, and incorporate appropriate tools and toys. The
teacher emphasized the importance of outlining the purpose and requirements,
preparing materials for both the teacher and children, and detailing the content,
activities, and notes for the lesson. It is crucial to have lesson plans ready before
teaching to allow for thorough preparation and material organization.
In the lesson plan, topics are integrated with events to enhance children's
understanding across various fields and aspects, fostering logical and creative
thinking.
6.1. General assessment
During the internship period, I realized that the school where I practiced
was a very good environment, the facilities and teaching conditions met the

30
target, the teachers were enthusiastic about their profession, professional
working style and devoted. During the internship period, I was always present
fully and on time according to regulations and had the correct behavior of the
teacher. Always strictly abide by the rules and regulations of pedagogical
practice, follow the direction of the management board and instructors. Always
respect, keep a polite attitude, respect for teachers and staff in the school, always
be polite to children. Always follow the teacher's instructions and unite with
friends during the internship to successfully complete the assigned plan. The
teaching profession is a growing profession, an extremely difficult job that
requires the teacher to have a solid professional qualification and especially to
have a love for the profession and love for children. As a pedagogical student,
since choosing this profession, I have been aware of my role and task in the
future, which is to train young shoots for the country. Therefore, I have
constantly tried to improve myself and in this internship period, I have well
implemented the regulations on professional activities, records, and internship
progress. Complete assigned tasks well and ensure on time allotted. Implement
well the pedagogical style, exemplary for children, always keep a humble
attitude to learn and respect the opinions of the instructors. Having the right
perception of the profession in the future, I myself have tried to overcome the
shortcomings and limitations in order to have good relationships with friends in
the delegation, staff and teachers. With a fun sociable atmosphere makes me feel
more confident.
6.2. Lessons Learned
Although my internship at Tiny Finger Kindergarten was short, I learned
many useful things and more importantly, I understood the hard work of the
teachers as well as the difficulties in raising children, they have to make each
teaching tool by hand, they have to put in a lot of effort, but they are not
discouraged, but on the contrary, they are more attached to their job, thereby
making me feel more loved and appreciated for the teaching profession.

31
My life capital and experience capital are equipped with more valuable
knowledge, better communication skills, and awareness of the profession has
changed significantly in a more positive direction. Therefore, I realize that I
need to learn and draw from experience, knowledge and professional skills.
Through the internship, I also learned for myself many valuable lessons and
experiences that are much needed from classroom style to professional
knowledge on how to organize a lively class, know how to handle difficult
situations. Different pedagogical situations are subtly but most effective, but
there are still some mistakes that need to be overcome in order to improve
themselves. In short, although going through a very hard practice time, I feel
very happy and learned a lot of useful things. I myself get to see, hear, see and
understand more in all aspects, especially professionally and that is an extremely
valuable baggage that helps me to be more stable when I graduate and I have
learned a lot. useful things from knowledge, methods to pedagogical situations.
Gradually, through each lesson, the ability to apply learned knowledge and
educational skills is increasingly improved and more complete.
- When you are in class, you must be calm and confident, and at the same
time, you must be strict with children to form a study routine, a sense of
discipline and the ability to listen and pay attention.
- Must be creative and sensitive in class.
- Teaching style is mature, serious, exemplary with children, polite in
crowded places.
- Always keep a good relationship with officials, teachers, colleagues, local
people.
- Knowledge of building accurate and scientific lecture content.
- Clear, expressive speech attracts children, with definitive pronunciation.
- Apply knowledge, flexibly and creatively, combine many methods,
combine with the right tools at the right time to help children understand the
lesson easily.

32
- It is necessary to closely monitor the child's absorption level to make
appropriate adjustments
- Understand the psychophysiological characteristics of children.
- Collect documents, understand the purpose and requirements of each
topic.
- Prepare full teaching materials.
- Constantly exchange to learn from her and her friends' experiences and
constantly absorb new educational methods. Through the reality of education,
we can see how hard education is and how hard it is to study and improve to
meet the increasing educational needs in a timely manner. Self-correct and
supplement limited professional knowledge, refer to specialized knowledge
from all sources to meet the increasing needs of society. It is necessary to
maintain a good relationship with colleagues, especially it is necessary to create
a good relationship with parents to propagate about child care and nurturing, and
to create support from parents. Always accept everyone's comments, adjust and
correct your own shortcomings to improve and integrate with everyone. In order
to become, a good teacher trusted by everyone, students who love me
understand that they still have to learn and practice pure moral qualities,
perseverance and a sense of discipline and must always strive in the future.
teaching, continuous learning to improve professional skills. All is still ahead,
still waiting for a will to progress, a passionate love for the profession and a
truly cherished heart for children, the green sprouts of the country's society.
6.3. Recommendations from the internship
Through the internship at the school, I found that the teaching and learning
at the school was good, but according to my perception, there are the following
assessments: About teaching at school
The school's facilities have been modernly invested, the classrooms are
equipped with modern teaching aids such as projectors and widescreen
televisions for teaching, but the rooms are not equipped with computers. Since

33
most teachers have to equip themselves with computers to teach, teaching on
projectors must use powerpoint software, so teachers have to take extra lessons
to know how to prepare powerpoint lesson plans. It is suggested that schools
should have computers for each class and create conditions for teachers to learn
more about computer science.
Most of the teachers in the school are enthusiastic, but the number of
children in the class is large, the workload of two girls in a class is too much,
because it is very difficult for preschool children to teach and take care of, so it
requires her to work a lot, not to mention children with weak health, often
crying, playing in class. Proposing to reduce the load for teachers to ensure
health.
Characteristics of preschool pedagogy work hard, have to leave early to
come home late, salary is low, life of teachers is still difficult. Proposing the
school administrators, departments and local authorities to pay close attention
and encourage them to stick with and love their profession.
The number of children attending school is not very diligent, some are
often late, parents are worried about business, so they do not pay attention to
their children's studies, do not take good care of their children. Suggest that the
school regularly remind parents to be more responsible for their children. Help
them in teaching and learning.

34
EPILOGUE
Children doing preschool are invaluable assets of the family and the
country. Those preschoolers who are educated in a good environment will help
their lives. Because of that, future preschool teachers need to try to practice
skills, cultivate ethics and master knowledge to be able to impart what is
necessary to young children. A small part of them will bring a great knowledge
to future generations, helping our country to progress more and more. Grasping
that importance, I see my responsibility and promise myself to constantly strive
to improve myself, especially through this final internship to help me gain more
experience. Once again, I would like to thank the teachers for guiding, helping,
creating conditions for me to learn and improve knowledge.
Thank you sincerely!
