MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION - FORM FILING INSTRUCTIONS
1. The application form should be filled out in block letters, preferably with a black ink pen. Furnish all the required details as
neatly and completely as possible without overwriting.
2. The main line of business categories and business activities section on the first page is crucial for others to source their
requirements accurately. Please provide specific details about your business and, if necessary, use additional sheets. Avoid
generalizations like 'Imports & Exports', 'Trading', 'Professional Service', etc.
3. The signatory to the application plays a vital role in the application process. Please furnish complete details, provide all the
specified documents to be submitted along with the application, and affix your signature with the date and the seal of the
organization. This ensures the authenticity and validity of the application, which is crucial for the membership process.
4. The applicant shall nominate its representative and alternate representative(s) by a signed copy of the resolution or procuration in
the specified format only. The applicant's representative shall self-attest a copy of his/her PAN.
5. An applicant seeking membership under the MSME Category (Panel E) shall furnish a Micro & Small Enterprise (industry)
Certificate from the appropriate statutory authority, irrespective of its status.
*6. Every applicant shall pay the specified Admission Fee and Subscription for the current year plus one year in advance at the time of
submission of the membership application.
7. For subscription, "Year" is a period of 12 calendar months starting from April and "Quarter" means each period of three calendar
months beginning with April every year.
8. All payments shall be made by Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque favouring "FTCCI" drawn on any scheduled bank payable at
Hyderabad.
9. FTCCI reserves the right to reject any application for membership without assigning any reason.
10. Life Membership: One-time admission fee and a sum equivalent to 10 times the subscription rate of the respective category. The
validity of Life Membership is 15 years.
11. As per the Articles of Association of FTCCI, membership must be renewed before 31 March every year by paying the annual
subscription according to the applicable respective categories.
