Guidelines for Requesting Allotment of Industrial Plot/Shed in UP

through the Industrial Estate Management System


Step 1 – Apply for the Allotment of Industrial Land/Shed

 After logging in, click on the 'Request for Allotment of Plot/Shed under Industrial
Estate' tab appearing on the dashboard. Subsequently, you will be redirected to the
dashboard of the respective service.
 Click the 'New Application' button, and the application form will appear on the screen.
Fill in the required details in the respective sections:
o Select Plot for Allotment
 District of Industrial Area
 Type of Industrial Estate
 Industrial Estate
 Plot No.
 After filling the information in the fields above, click the 'Save and Proceed' button. The
user will be redirected to the next step, where they should submit the details in the
corresponding fields:
o Basic Details of Applicant
 Permanent Account Number
 Corporate Identification Number
 GST No.

 Firm Address
 State
 District
 PIN Code
 Does your firm have another unit located in Uttar Pradesh?
o Yes
 If Yes, fill:
 Name of Firm
 Firm Address
 District
 PIN Code
o No
 Details of Authorized Representative (if any)
o Name of the Authorized Representative
o Address
o Mobile No.
o Email ID
 Plot/Shed Allotment Preferences (answer in Yes/No for following
preferences. If the answer is Yes then user has to upload the relevant
document):
o 100% export unit
o Unit producing import substitute material
o Unit set up by NRIs for foreign exchange
o Joint ventures set up in collaboration with state-owned
corporations
o Unit seeking land for expansion in the same industrial location
o Unit established outside the Industrial Estate/Areas (that needs
to be shifted to the Industrial Estate)
o A person having a Technical Degree (a person in a partnership
firm will be considered entitled to priority when he/she falls in
the specific category)
o Technical Diploma Holder
o Persons receiving other industrial training ; not less than one
week (persons receiving entrepreneurship training will be
considered under this category)
o Women Entrepreneur
o Individuals who have received loans under self-employment
schemes etc.
o UP Finance Rules/Khadi Village Industries/Banks in whose favor
the loan has been sanctioned
o Unemployed Graduates & Supplements (Units)
o Units of ex-servicemen, freedom fighters or disabled
o A unit set up by the family members of those whose land has
been acquired for Industrial establishment

 After filling the information in the fields above, click the 'Save and Proceed' button. The
user will be redirected to the next step, where they should submit the details in the
corresponding fields:
o Project Details
 Type of Industry
 Product Proposed for Manufacturing
 Capital Investment
 Working Capital
 Estimated Employment Generation (Count)
 Covered Area (%)
 Open area required and its purpose
 Power Source
 Power Requirement (in KW)
 Net Worth (In Lac Rs.)
 Net Turnover (In Lac Rs.)
 Is plot required for expansion of units located in Industrial Estate?
 Whether the Enterprise 100% Export Oriented?
 Applicant Preference Category
o Differently Abled
o Female Entrepreneur
o ST/SC Category
 Total Work Experience of Enterprise (in years)
 Proposed Date of Commencement of Production
 Is Effluent Generated?
o If Yes the fill Type of Effluent
 Liquid
 Air
 Is Liquid Capital Available? If yes then fill following details
o Bank Name
o Account No.
o Bank Statement
o FD Details
 After filling the information in the fields above, click the 'Save and Proceed' button. The
user will be redirected to the next step, where they should submit the details in the
corresponding fields:
o Bank Account Details
o Enterprise Name (the name under which the company has an account)
o Bank Name
o Account No.
o Re-enter Account No.
o IFSC
o Branch Name
o Branch Address
 After filling the information in the fields above, click the 'Save and Proceed' button. The
user will be redirected to the next step, where they should submit the details in the
corresponding fields:

o Upload Documents

Photo and Signature should be in JPG/JPEG format whose size should not exceed
500 KB each whereas remaining files should be in PDF format whose size should
not exceed 2 MB each.

 Project Profile (Signed by Applicant)


 PAN Card - Signed by Applicant
 GST Certificate
 Cancelled Cheque
 Reserved Category Certificate (if SC/ST/PH)
 Photo
 Signature
 Aadhaar Card - Signed by Applicant
 Udhyam Registration Certificate (if available)
 After uploading the aforementioned documents, click the 'Save and Proceed' button.
You will be redirected to preview the completed Application Form.

Step 2 – Preview the Filled Application Form

 After submitting all the necessary details and uploading the required documents, user
will be redirected to preview the completed application form. Please carefully review all
the information you have provided. If any edits are needed, click on the 'Edit' button,
and then proceed to click the 'Final Submit' button.
 Please note that no further changes will be permitted in the application form after the
final submission.

Step 3 – Generate Fee Challan, Submit Fee Offline and Update Fee Payment Details

o After final submission of the application form, you will be redirected to generate the
Challan. Once the challan is generated, proceed to submit the fee at the bank. After
completing the payment, log in to the portal again to upload the Fee Payment details.
o Upload the Fee Payment details by clicking on the 'Submit Challan Details' icon visible
in the grid on the dashboard.
o Following the submission of fee payment details, the application will be forwarded to
the concerned District Officer for verification of payment details and application.
o Applicants will receive notifications about the application status through SMS, Email,
and Dashboard Notification.
Please note that if the relevant authority raises any query against the application, user
must redress the same from their login within 15 days from the date it has been raised. If
the user fails to respond to the query within the stipulated time, the application shall be
liable for rejection.
