 1/10 is one part of a whole one has been divided into 10 parts and we write it as
0.1, it is the same.

 Decimal is a number with one or more digits right to a point which is called the
decimal point.

Steps:
1) Write the whole number.
2) Put the decimals point.
3) Put places after the decimal point according to the
