overnight hackathon organized by Co-dev Club, CSE Dept., Graphic Era Hill University.

General Consent for Parents/ Guardian ( Hostel/PG and Home Stay Students):

• I understand that my child will be participating in an overnight event and will stay on campus
for the entire duration of the Hackathon, scheduled to be held on April 26th, 2025, from
8:00 AM onwards, continuing overnight until April 27th, 2025.
As a parent/guardian, I give permission for my child to stay overnight at the university.
• I also acknowledge that the team leader will maintain communication with all
parents/guardians and is responsible for ensuring the safety and discipline of their team
during the event.
• NOTE: If my child does not attend the event or leaves the campus without permission,
Graphic Era Hill University or Co-Dev will not be held responsible for their safety or in case
of any mishappening.
