How to Easily Launch a New FB Business Manager

W/out Getting Banned

1) Creating Your New Business Manager:

a) Create new business manager from a verified FB account that has more than a
few years of activity. (This is a personal account)
i) URL: business . facebook.com / settings
ii) Note: If your personal account is banned then you can buy one from
someone who isn’t using theirs.
b) Verify business manager by entering requested LLC tax info
c) Name the business manager after the LLC
d) Create an ad account within the new BM
e) Add a payment method that hasn’t been used on another FB ad account.

2) Creating Your FB Page & Pixel:

a) Create a FB page OR request access to one from your BM
b) Create a new FB pixel
c) Link the FB Page & pixel to your new ad account

3) Warming Up Your Ad Account:

a) Create a new engagement campaign
b) Make the most PG ad possible.
i) I.e - plain image, plain ad copy, etc.
c) Launch with a $50-$100 /day budget
d) Wait a few days OR ramp up budget so that the account bills your card several
time (5-10 at least, but the more the better)
e) Once that has been done then launch a new conversion optimized campaign with
one ad again. Wait until this is approved and then build out 3-5 more ads and a
handful of ad sets. (Just duplicate the one you already have)

4) Other Best Practices to Remember:

a) Never EVER give someone else you FB account to login (Even if you trust them).
Simply because FB doesn’t like seeing sketchy log in activity.
b) VPN - Use a VPN, especially when you travel.
c) New FB Profile - If you/someone else gets banned, just creating a new FB profile
for that person won’t work. The account needs to have history/proof they’re a real
person in order to run ads.
d) If an ad is ever disapproved in your ad account, don’t try to fix it - just delete it.
FB builds an account reputation based on the number of disapproved ads in your
account. It’s better to just delete it.
e) FB is inconsistent and bans will happen. When they do, simply message support
and request a review of your account.
f) Don’t add people to your business manager if you don’t have to. Instead, add
them as a “partner” by entering their own BM ID.
i) FB views you as responsible for anyone who is added to your BM, but the
same doesn’t apply to partnerships.
