I am directed to inform you that subsequent to transfer of the Appellant Authority, the, incumbent
Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), Zone-III, grants an opportunity of Personal Hearing, through Video
Conferencing (VC) on CISCO WEBEX MEETINGS on 13.05.2025 at 14:50 to 15:00 Hrs in
the chamber of the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), Mumbai Zone III as detailed below. The Appellant
/Representative/Advocate/Consultant should communicate his / her mail ID & mobile no. for facilitation of hearing.
The confirmation of Personal Hearing, & other details should be forwarded at commissionerappeal-
[email protected]. Noticee may avail option of personal hearing in virtual mode ensuring guidelines issued by the CBIC from
F. No. 390/Misc/3/2019-JC dated 05.11. 2024. Noticee may attend personal hearing through Webex
link http://meet129.webex.com/meet/pr1822089896 atthe aforesaid time & date.

2. य द कोई समय, त थ और थान पर कोई उपि थ त नह ं होती है , तो अपील बना कसी संदभ के यो यता के आधार
पर तय क जाएगी।
In case, no appearance is caused at the appointed time, date and place, the appeal is liable to be decided on
merits without further reference.

Request for Postponement/Adjournment will be ignored, if not received at least one day before the appointed
day. Also please note that a total of three adjournments are permissible as per law.

4. The appellant or authorized representative appearing in virtual hearing, should file his vakalatnama or
authorization letter alongwith a copy of his photo ID card and contact details to the appellate authority through official
e-mail address.
