A Meeting was convened under the chairmanship of Worthy Deputy Commissioner,
Gurugram-cum-Controller
Controller Civil Defence, Gurugram on 06.05.2025 at conference hall of office of
Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram regarding the review and finalization of preparedness plan for
civil defence mock drill - Operation Abhyaas to be conducted on 07.05
07.05.2025.

1. Code Name: “Operation

2. Date: 07-05-2025
3. Time: 1600 Hrs.
4. Scenario: Upon receiving information about air raids from the Air Force Station, Delhi
Command Centre, an alert call will be generated to the Gurugram District Administration. At
this point, instructions will be issued to activate sirens in wailing mode across the district as an
early warning. After the air raids conclude, sirens will be sounded again in continuous mode.

5. Emergency Operation Centre (EOC): It will be the command control centre for District
Gurugram.

A district map will be provided and displayed at EOC. (Action by GMDA)

Two special data entry operators will manage call logs and information, with complete
computer systems and a printer. (Action by MS DITS)

8. Incident Command Post:


To be established at each incident site by the site manager/provider along with a First Aid Post.

Proper and sufficient media coverage will be there. For this purpose videography

12. Medical Aid:

Medical assistance with two doctors and three nursing staff will be provided to each task force
team with sufficient medicines and equipments. In total ten doctors and fifteen nursing staff along
