5. Emergency Operation Centre (EOC): It will be the command control centre for District
Gurugram.
Two special data entry operators will manage call logs and information, with complete

9. Traffic Management:
DCP,
P, Traffic Police, will ensure all routes are clear for easy movement of task forces from the
staging area to incident sites.
It will be ensured that the mock exercise details are properly publicized through electronic and
print media for public awareness. (Action by DIPRO)
Proper and sufficient media coverage will be there. For this purpose videography

photography of the staging area and the incident sites will be done.

Medical assistance with two doctors and three nursing staff will be provided to each task force
team with sufficient medicines and equipments. In total ten doctors and fifteen nursing staff along
