A community leader who has played a significant role in the lives of the youth in your area is due to retire. You are tasked
with paying tribute to this great leader at a farewell function.

Write a speech/ tributary that highlights the extra ordinary character of the community leader.

The body of your answer should be 180-200 words (20-25 Lines) in length.
