The Developer agrees to design, develop, and deliver a mobile/web application ('App') based on the

requirements provided by the Client.

2. Scope of Work

- Develop frontend and backend

- API integration

- Testing & debugging

- Deployment on [Platform, e.g., Play Store/App Store/Web]

- [Any other services like maintenance, updates, etc.]

course of this project.

7. Support & Maintenance

maintenance will be charged at Rs. ___/hour or per update.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with ___ days written notice. In case of termination, Client shall

pay for completed work proportionally.
