The Ministry oi road Transport & highway is engaged in the devetopment and maintenance of National Highway and
as part of this endeavor, the Ministry of road Transport & Highway, through the Pubtic work Department,
Government of Maharashtra had decided to carry out Partial Strengthening of Nationat Highway Section in the State
of Maharashtra through an Performance Based Maintenance contract (PBMC) and decided to carry out the bidding
process. The bidder is advised to examine carefutty atl instructions inctuding addendum/amendments to lTB,
condition of contract, contact data, forms, terms, technicaI specifications, bit[ of quantities etc' in the bid
Document. The Construction Period & maintenance period for the work is show in the tabte betow against
