Brahmacharya & JEE Preparation Daily Routine

Morning Routine (5:00 AM - 8:00 AM)

5:00 AM - Wake up (early rising increases willpower)

5:10 AM - Cold water face wash + prayer or 2-minute intention setting

5:15 AM - 10-15 mins meditation (focus on breath or mantra like "Aham Brahmasmi")

5:30 AM - 6:15 AM - Light exercise or yoga (Surya Namaskar is ideal)

6:15 AM - 6:30 AM - Bath (optional: cold water to calm senses)

6:30 AM - 8:00 AM - JEE Study Session 1 (toughest subject first)

Daytime Routine (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

8:00 AM - Light sattvic breakfast (e.g., fruits, nuts, milk, poha)

8:30 AM - 12:00 PM - Study Session 2 (concepts and theory)

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM - Lunch + short rest (no phone during this time)

1:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Study Session 3 (revision/practice questions)

3:00 PM - 3:30 PM - Break (walk, music, or helpful podcast)

3:30 PM - 5:30 PM - Study Session 4 (mock tests / problem solving)

Evening Routine (6:00 PM - 9:30 PM)

9:30 PM - Sleep early (quality sleep strengthens willpower)
