Pentagon Chief Lloyd Austin has revealed that thousands of North Korean troops massed in Russia are
expected to enter combat in the Ukraine war soon. Approximately 10,000 North Korean soldiers are
stationed in the Russian border region of Kursk, where they are being integrated into Russian military
formations. Austin stated that based on their training and integration, he fully expects to see them
engaged in combat in the near future.
This development comes amid reports that Russia has provided North Korea with oil, anti-air missiles,
and economic assistance in exchange for the troops. Ukraine has warned that this force, now totaling
50,000 troops, aims to reclaim parts of the border region seized by Ukrainian forces earlier this year.

with excitement as the town gears up for the much-anticipated Pasko ng Bayan opening celebration.
Preparations are in full swing to ensure that this year's festivities are bigger and brighter than ever
before.

Behind me, you can see the beautiful Christmas decorations being put up around the town center. The
streets are adorned with twinkling lights, colorful lanterns, and festive ornaments, transforming
Bunawan into a Christmas wonderland despite the weather we are experiencing right now. There are lots of
outgoers visiting here every night to relax and enjoy the different Christmas light decorations.

the safety and security measures for the community during this pre-event activity for the upcoming celebration.

and vigilance during the upcoming event, emphasizing the importance of situational awareness. To ensure

bringing cooler temperature to Luzon and a low pressure area affecting Visayas and Mindanao.
The northeast monsoon is causing light rains in Northern and Central Luzon. Baguio City is particularly cool
today, with temperatures ranging from 16°C to 23°C. Metro Manila and Southern Luzon will have fair weather
with occasional light rains. A gail warning is in effect over the northern and eastern seaboards of Luzon. Small
boats and fishing vessels are advised not to venture into these areas due to rough sea conditions.
Central and Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to
the LPA. Residents should watch out for localized flooding.
The CARAGA and Davao regions are most affected by the LPA, bringing widespread rain showers and
thunderstorms. Residents are warned of potential flash floods and landslides in vulnerable areas.
