Kulcha & White Gravy Malai Kofta

White Gravy :
Cashew - 1/3 cup
Melon seeds - 4 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Chop lauki - 1/2 cup
Green chilli - 3 to 4
Oil
White above paste
Amul cream - 1/4 cup
Mawa/ khoya - 1/4 cup
Cornflour - 1 tbsp
Elaichi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 2tsp
Daniya powder - 1 tsp
Roasted jeera powder - 1/4 tsp

Kofta Filling :
Grated paneer - 100 gm
Mawa - 40 gm
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Chop green chilli - 2 pc
Chop fresh daniya - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Maida - 2 tbsp( for binding)
Salt as required.

Kulcha Dough :
Luke warm milk - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Maida - 3 cup
Baking Powder - 1tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Rest the dough for 1 hour

Kulcha Filling :
Roasted jeera( crush) - 1tsp
Roasted corainder seeds - 1tbsp
Boil grated pototoes - 4 pc
Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
Chopped green chilli - 2 pc
Freshly Chopped coriander - 2 tbsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Carom seed - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Chopped onion - 1/2 cup
Salt as required.
