SST Untuk Overhoul engine 2500S :

> sock 38mm --- filter canister

> pas 41mm --- adjster V-belt

> Lifting camshaft

> Lifting cylinder head

> sock 16mm segi 12 --- camshaft gear & cooling jet

> Sock 14mm segi 12 --- conrod bolt

> sock 33mm --- cap main bearings

> sock 24mm --- pulley crank shaft dan fly wheel

> sock 19mm segi 12 --- cyl head

> ring 6mm ---- kabel solenoid injector

> Ring expander & ring compression

> rear & front seal

> Cylinder liner installer

Assembly Component :

1. Liner

> Letak O-ring 1.hitam (tipis) 2. hijau 3.orange 4.hitam ( top view )

> Menggunakan Lockthite 609 pada permukaan block yg bersinggungan O-ring

> Tekan dengan SST Cylinder liner installer

> Press menggunakan spacer Plate ( bawah cyl head ) ikat dg baut ,

washer menekan liner


2. Assembly crankshaft

> Terdapat trush plate 2pc yg terletak di samping kanan dan kiri bearing nomor.4 ,

pada cap tdk ada.

> BAUT 33mm (washer) Torsi baut 260 Nm + 120derajat ( ulir baut di beri oli )

> Endply 0.11 - 0.57 mm

> Bolt menggunakan washer

3. Assembly Conrod,piston & ring

> Connecting Rod

Usahakan sebelum melepas conrod, beri tanda pada piston,conrod ,

big and cap supaya saat pemasangan tidak terbalik atau tertukar.

Nomor pada sisi bearing tabs & cap conrod atau coakan pd bearing

sejajar dengan cooling jet

Logo CAT pada bawah piston dan sisi conrod menghadap belakang ( arah fly wheel )

Torsi baut 70Nm + 60 derajat ( ulir baut di beri oli )

Chek endply con rod

> Ring piston

Ada 3pc ring piston

(1)ditandai "UP-1" (2)di tandai "UP-2" (3) ring oli control ( gap ring 180drjt dr spring )

4. Piston Cooling Jet baut 16mm Torsi 40Nm


5. Fly wheel housing

> Menggunakan Locktith 515 sebagai gasket

Bolt head (washer) 14mm diameter ulir 10mm jml 15pc (didalam 5pc , diluar 10pc)torsi 55Nm

Bolt head (washer) 13mm diameter ulir 14mm jml 9pc torsi 135Nm

6. Timing case

> Baut panjang 14mm(washer) 2pc , baut pendek (washer) 8pc torsi 55Nm

> Sebelum membuka baut shaft idle gear baiknya di tandai dulu supaya settingan backlas tdk berubah

> Shaft main idle gear (besar) diikat baut 5pc 14mm (tanpa washer) torsi 55Nm ,

gear plate 4bolt 13mm torsi28Nm

TOP 1 : Timing mark sjjar dgn hurup "V" ( sjajar dgn mark pd timing case)

pd gear crankshaft (dr arah depan),

> shaft idle gear lift pump di ikat stud & nut (washer) 5pc 14mm dan 1baut 14mm (washer)torsi 55Nm ,

gear plate 3bolt 13mm torsi28Nm

tdk ada timing mark pd gear

> shaft idle gear camshaft di ikat stud & nut (washer) 5pc 14mm dan 1baut 14mm (washer)torsi 55Nm ,

gear plate 3bolt 13mm torsi28N

tdk ada timing mark pd gear

7. Rear & front seal

> Menngunakan tool installer


Permukaan sleeve dg crank shaft & seal dg timing case di beri locktite 609

seal rear berwarna biru ( lihat arah rotasi )

Seal front berwarna hijau ( lihat arah rotasi )

8. Flywheel

> Ada dowel 1 dan baut 12pc 24mm (washer) torsi 270Nm

pasang engine support dpn baut 8pc (washer) 19mm torsi 105Nm

kOPEL KE GENO

Baut flange 19mm 12pc Baut geno 19mm 12pc (washer) pakai locktite

9. Oil pan

> Oil pump , diikat 3baut (kiri depan tidak pakai washer) torsi 47Nm

> Tube, (saluran outlet oil pump) ,O-RING BERWARNA HITAM DAN

diikat 2baut (washer)14mm pd block torsi 47Nm

> Underframe ( plate bawah ) di ikat 2baut (washer) panjang & 5 baut pendek (washer) torsi 47Nm

> Strainer,O-ring berwarna orange di ikat 2baut (washer) pd under frame &

1 baut (washer) pd oil pump, torsi 47Nm

Pasang Oil pan tanpa Gasket , gasket di pasang belakangan sebelum running ( antisipasi )

10. Cylinder head

> Valve (In lebih besar) , colat 2 lock alur , rotator , spring besar kecil , seal , washer

Bersihkan permukaan block,pasang gasket spacer,pasang oring beri silred pada bagian depan kiri
(oli inlet to cylhead)

pasang spacer kemudian pasang oring beri silred pada bagian depan kiri (oli inlet to cylhead),

pasang seal pd bag belakang kiri (oli return dr cylhead)

pasang seal dowel 24pc pada lobang spacer , Kemudian pasang gasket head ,

pasang cylhead ( sst lifting)

26Pc bolt 19mm segi12 (washer) 16pc pendek & 10pc lebih panjang torsi 450Nm 3 step

11. Cam shaft

> pasang camshaft dgn sst

> Camshaft gear di ikat baut 16mm(sgi12) 6pc ,t0rsi 240Nm ada spacer plate

TOP 1 : Timing mark pd gear sjajar dgn mark pd timing case

di belakang gear ada spacer sbg penyekat oli terdapat 2 o-ring

12. Injector

> 3pc O-ring : tebal , agak tipis , kecil abu2 (dr atas)

adj : 78mm

13 Rocker arm

> Tandai nomor urutannya

> tiap rocker arm terdapat button dan oring

> baut shaft 13mm torsi 120Nm

14. Setting valve & injector

Clearance 0,38mm 0,76mm 78mm (P spring-bawah solenoid)
