The sequence, in which report should be organized, is as follows.

Format of project report

Common Part

1. Title Page
2. University Certificate (on letter head)
3. Industry Certificate (on letter head)
4. Acknowledgement
5. Company Profile
6. Synopsis/Abstract
7. Table of Contents
8. List of Figures
9. List of Tables

Activity Specific

Study Project, proceed as follows:

10. Chapter 1 – may be Literature Review.


11. Chapter 2 – may be Basic Theory
12. Chapter 3 –
13. Chapter 4 -

Design and Development Project, proceed as follows:

10. Problem Definition (if any) & Design Specifications


11. Basic Theory
12. Design (This may be hardware or software design or a combination)
13. Fabrication details (circuit, algorithm, and/or code if possible) & Testing

Common Part
14. Conclusion
15. References –
Do not include google.com/Wikipedia etc.
For e-resources, provide complete URL & also check its availability

16. Appendix (like - Abbreviations or snap shots or program code)

(Note : Prepare report with 1 line spacing first & then after select all & apply line spacing
