NOTIFICATION: End Semester Exams

1. As per the Examination Rules and Academic Calendar 2024-2025 of UG and PG Courses, the End
Semester examinations of Second, Fourth, Sixth, Eighth and Tenth Semesters will be conducted
under the overall guidance/direction of the Deans of Schools. In view of this, the Deans in
consultation with concerned Head of the Department may issue the Time Table of the
End-semester Examinations (Regular, Repeat/Improvement) for the eligible students only,
commencing from 19.05.2025 and ending on 26.05.2025. The examinations shallbe conducted in
OFFLINE MODE ONLY.The timing for the examinations in allthe Schools should be maintained as
follow.
Morning session 10:00AM to 01:00 PM
Evening session 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM

2. Examination relating to Lab and field-based components (e.g. practical, viva-voce on dissertation,
etc.) may be held during the period of one week prior to 19.05.2025 to ensure that
allexaminations are over by 26.05.2025.
3. VAC & MPDC examinations for all courses of the University, if any, shall be scheduled on 17.05.2025
i.e. aday before the start of end semester examination.
4. CBCS examination for allcourses of the University, if any, shall be scheduled on 19.05.2025 i.e.on
the first day of the end semester examination.
5. All necessary arrangement for smooth conduction of examinations as per requirements may be
made timely. Schedule of End Semester Exams, including the duties of flying squad,invigilators and
staff, submitted by Head/Coordinatorsof Departments/ Courses to the Dean of Schoolconcerned
shall be finalized by the Dean.The copy of the final schedule of examinations shall be sent by the
Dean office to the COE office latest by 30.04.2025 and concerned Heads/Coordinators for
information to the students.

6. The question paper setting/evaluation (including all Core courses) will be done internally at the
department level.
7. The Headof the Department, in consultation with facultymembers of the Departments, will decide
the pattern of the question papers including number of the questions.
8. Further, the Head of the Departments are authorised to comply with the mandates, if any, of
concerned governing bodies like AlCTE, NCTE, BCI, PCI etc. for the courses running under their
departments.
9. The ONLINE EXAMINATIONS FORMS for Second Semester UG & PG (Regular) students for
session
2024-25 will be available from 01.05.2025 to 13.05.2025 on SAMARTH Portal. The Candidates are
required to register themselves on SAMARTH Portal using their Enrollment no. to fill up
Examination form through SAMARTH Portal. It may be noted that the registration on Academic
Bank of Credits (ABC) portal is mandatory for submission of online examination forms.

10. The Head/Coordinator of course/programme shall verify the candidature of candidates on
SAMARTH portal upto 14.05.2025 regarding eligibility and fee deposition.
11. Candidate must ensure that allentries in the online examination form are correctly entered;
otherwise the examination form is liable to rejected. In case, online examination forms will not
be submitted by candidates upto 13.05.2025 and not verified by the concerned
Head/Coordinator upto 14.05.2025, the admit card will not be issued. For any difficulty regarding
submission of examination forms (ONLINE)and ABC registration,please contact to SAMARTH Cell
OR Examination Section.

12. The candidate may download the admit card from 15.05.2025.

13. The Examination forms for students other than Second semester (Regular)
PM from 28.04.2025 to
the Examination Section by the concerned department during 03 PM to 05
