Daily Routine: Confidence, Body, Communication

Morning (30-60 mins) - Mind & Body Start

- Wake up early and make your bed

- Say 2-3 affirmations

- Stretching (10-15 mins)

- Eat a protein-rich breakfast (eggs, oats, milk, banana, etc.)

Afternoon (30-45 mins) - Body Training

- Push-ups - 3 sets of 10-15

- Squats - 3 sets of 15

- Planks - 2 sets of 30 secs

- Pull-ups (or alternatives) - 3 sets

- Eat post-workout meal with protein and carbs

Evening (45-60 mins) - Confidence & Communication

- Journal: 3 things you're proud of and 1 goal

- Choose one: Mirror talk / Record video / Read aloud

- Watch a TED Talk or video on speaking/confidence

Night Routine (15-20 mins)

- Stretch or short walk

- Put phone away 30 mins before sleep

- Read or listen to music

- Sleep 7-9 hours

Weekly Add-Ons

- Saturday: Try a new challenge (social or personal)

- Sunday: Reflect in journal & plan one mini-goal for next week
