Respected Sir,

I hope this application finds you in the best of health and spirits. I am writing
to formally request leave from Thursday, March 13, 2025, onwards, as I have
to appear for my CSS Psychological Assessment Interview on March 15,
2025, and my Final Viva on March 22, 2025, in Karachi. Since these
interviews are crucial for my career and require extensive preparation, I will
need to travel and stay in Karachi during this period.

Considering the significance of these assessments and my prior


commitments in this regard, I kindly request you to grant me leave from
March 13, 2025, until the conclusion of my viva. I assure you that I will fulfill
any pending academic responsibilities upon my return.
