225. The Promo is open to all principal and supplementary UnionBank credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose cards (“Cards”)
have been issued by UnionBank of the Philippines (“UnionBank Issued Credit Cards”) or issued by any other banking or
financial institution and later on acquired by or transferred to UnionBank of the Philippines (“UnionBank Acquired Credit
Cards”), have available credit limit, on active status, with good credit standing*, and who are not prohibited under Applicable
Gifts, Anti Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected

227. Cardholders can purchase any items worth a minimum of P3,000 in participating Abenson stores (refer to Annex B) and
avails of 0% installment up to 24 months through UnionBank PayEasy Pay Later, and start paying for their purchases after
two (2) billing statement cycles.

May 2025 (Month 0) P30,000 purchase using 0% PayEasy Pay Later for 3 months
June 2025 (Month 1) No charge to Cardholder due to PayEasy Pay Later
July 2025 (Month 2) P10,000 first monthly amortization
August 2025 (Month 3) P10,000 second monthly amortization
September 2025 (Month 4) P10,000 third monthly amortization and completion of PayEasy
Pay Later transaction with 0% Interest

228. Valid for all UnionBank PayEasy accredited and participating Abenson outlets (refer to Annex B).

229. To avail, UnionBank Credit Cardholders can visit select branches of Abenson and charge the total amount of purchase to
his/her qualified UnionBank Issued or UnionBank Acquired Card.
230. The promo cannot be exchanged for other items or discount privileges and cannot be availed in conjunction with other
promotions, and partner Merchant’s VIP/Membership privileges.

231. Offers are not transferrable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

232. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos, offers, and discounts of the partner Merchant.

449. Cardholders can purchase any items worth a minimum of P3,000 in participating CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE stores (refer
to Annex B) and avails of 0% installment up to 3 months through UnionBank PayEasy Pay Later, and start paying for their
purchases after two (2) billing statement cycles.

See sample computation of 0% Interest:

May 2025 (Month 0) P30,000 purchase using 0% PayEasy Pay Later for 3 months
June 2025 (Month 1) No charge to Cardholder due to PayEasy Pay Later
July 2025 (Month 2) P10,000 first monthly amortization
August 2025 (Month 3) P10,000 second monthly amortization
September 2025 (Month 4) P10,000 third monthly amortization and completion of PayEasy
Pay Later transaction with 0% Interest

450. Valid for all UnionBank PayEasy accredited and participating CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE outlets (refer to Annex B).

451. To avail, UnionBank Credit Cardholders can visit select branches of CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE and charge the total
amount of purchase to his/her qualified UnionBank Issued or UnionBank Acquired Card.

452. The promo cannot be exchanged for other items or discount privileges and cannot be availed in conjunction with other
promotions, and partner Merchant’s VIP/Membership privileges.

453. Offers are not transferrable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

454. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos, offers, and discounts of the partner Merchant.

455. Splitting of transactions to meet the minimum spend requirement is not allowed.

456. By availing the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information
that may be required to the Merchant and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy,
and security terms of the Merchant. The general terms and conditions of the Merchant apply.

457. UnionBank is not an agent of any of the participating merchants or outlets and makes no representation as to the quality of
the products provided. All feedback regarding quality of the products provided should be directed to the respective merchant
or outlet.

458. In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, and fulfillment, products and services related
to the promo offer, UnionBank’s decision with concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

459. Any amendment in the Terms and Conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)
approval.

460. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, or the participation in the Promo, ay result in
the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Promo, suspension or cancellation of Card privileges, or the charging of the full
cost of the discount to the Cardholder’s Card account, at UnionBank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal
action that may be taken by UnionBank.

461. The Cardholder agrees that the continued use of the UnionBank Issued and UnionBank Acquired Credit Card shall be his/her
acceptance and agreement to be bound by the provisions of the Bank’s Data Privacy Statement (DPS) found at
