83 Important Instructions
1. The e-Admit card is an important document that must be safely retained and shown during the exam, counselling and admission process.

2. Candidate should report to the exam centre with e-Admit card and with any of the following for verification : Masked Aadhar card; School or College
photo ID card; any other photo identity card proof issued by the government.

3. The exam time mentioned in the e-Admit card indicates the Indian Standard Time (IST).
4. Candidate is not permitted to appear more than once in VITEEE-2025 either in the same subject or another subject by duplicate application. Making

more than one attempt from more than one test centre will lead to disqualification from candidacy.
5. The candidate must arrive at the designated exam center at least 90 minutes before the scheduled start time.
6. Bringing electronic devices like calculator, tablet, mobile phone, smart watch and any other gadgets into the exam hall is strictly prohibited.

7. Candidate should occupy only the allotted seat, and must sign the attendance sheet and e-Admit card in the presence of the invigilator.
8. Biometrics like fingerprint and photo will be captured and will be verified again at the time of counselling/admission. Any attempt for impersonation

will attract legal action.
9. Candidate will not be allowed to leave the exam hall till the end of the examination.
10. If, for any reason, candidates are unable to appear for the booked exam date and slot, VIT will not conduct a re-exam under any circumstances.
11. Equi-percentile method is followed for ranking. Candidates are advised not to make assumptions and predictions of their rank or programme based on
their own estimates of raw scores.
12. VITEEE-2025 rank and the online counselling schedule will be published in www.vit.ac.in on 30-04-2025 (tentative date) and will also be intimated to the
registered e-mail address.

2. Violation of any instruction and adoption of any unfair means in the exam will result in disqualification of the candidacy.
3. All admissions are subject to eligibility, discipline and conduct of the candidate.
4. The admission process is transparent based on the VITEEE-2025 rank.
5. There is no MANAGEMENT QUOTA or CAPITATION FEE at VIT.
6. VIT does not engage agents/counsellors/consultants for admission. VIT will not be responsible for any such interactions initiated by
applicants/parents. Any such attempt by the candidate or on his behalf shall lead to disqualification and legal action.
7. Application fee/counselling fee/academics and hostel fees should be remitted only through authorized online portal of VIT which will be
communicated to the registered e-mail. Cash/DD/Cheque or any physical instruments of banking are not acceptable.
8. VITEEE is a common entrance exam for Vellore, Chennai, VIT-AP and VIT Bhopal. Online counselling schedule will be informed to the eligible
candidates through e-mail/SMS. You may verify your SPAM or JUNK email folder also.
9. Any dispute / legal action will be within the jurisdiction of Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India.
