Responsibilities:

● An individual who can act as a thought leader in driving the GenAI journey for the clients
● Shall be a good team player who can guide & mentor the team of Data scientists
● Demonstrate a keen desire to solve business problems and learn new technologies, with
the ability to work independently and lead a team.
● Analyze raw data to assess quality, cleanse, preprocess, and structure for downstream
processing.
● Extract insights from multiple and complex datasets using AI/ML techniques.
● Design scalable and efficient data architectures that support the integration and
management of large datasets.
● Ensure all systems and processes comply with data protection regulations and maintain
high standards of data security and privacy.
● Manage projects using effective planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk
management.
● Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, to gather
requirements, present findings, and advocate for data-driven decisions.
● Develop and productionize ML-based automated solutions, maintaining them for
reliability and performance.
● Solution technical challenges using AI/GenAI platforms and technologies.
● Lead collaborative development environments, utilizing tools like Git and implementing
CI/CD pipelines.
● Tune the performance of AI models and systems to optimize efficiency and reduce
computational costs.
● Stay ahead of technology trends and innovate with the latest AI tools and
methodologies.
● Address ethical issues in AI, promoting fairness, accountability, and transparency in AI
systems.
● Interact with clients to understand their business challenges and tailor AI solutions to
meet their needs.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and propose potential AI
solutions.
● Comprehensive understanding of evaluating advanced NLP models using a range of
benchmarking metrics.
● Carry strong business acumen and ability to draw correct inferences from data mining,
supporting strategic business decisions.
● Be active in the AI community through articles, blogs, and speaking engagements at
conferences.
● Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
and with stakeholders.

Must Have:

● Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, with at least 8 recent years dedicated


to data science.
● Experience in solution architecture and full lifecycle implementation of AI/ML solutions,
from conceptual design through to deployment in production environments.
● Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and techniques such as RAG
and LoRA/QLoRA.
● Experienced in fine-tuning LLM models and using ChatAPIs, CSV Agents, and other
supportive agents.
● Proficient in Vector Databases and familiar with Langchains and LlamaIndex.
● Solid experience in ML Operations (MLOps) and Large Language Model Operations
(LLMOps) on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
● Proficient in CI/CD pipeline integration and containerization of ML Models/LLMs.
● Strong proficiency in Python, experience with R, Scala, or Julia is advantageous.
● Expertise in statistical modeling, including linear and logistic regression, tree-based
models (Random Forest, Boosted Trees).
● Solid knowledge of unsupervised ML algorithms, such as Clustering and Isolation Forest.
● Significant experience with supervised deep learning applications in NLP and/or
computer vision/image processing.
● Strong foundation in NLP using word embeddings and other advanced techniques.
● Solid experience with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, ggplot, and/or Plotly.
● Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and
MxNet.
● Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical application in specific domains.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination across teams.

Bonus Point:
● Experience with other programming languages like R/Scala/Julia.
● Experience in Insurance, Media & Entertainment, HealthTech industry domains
● A track record of open-source contributions or publications in relevant fields.
