Design_of_An_IoT_based_Smart_Plant_Monitoring_System

The document presents a design for an IoT-based smart plant monitoring system aimed at assisting small-scale farmers by automating the monitoring of soil moisture, temperature, humidity, and hazardous gases. The system utilizes various sensors and an ESP8266 microcontroller to control a water pump based on soil moisture levels, thereby optimizing water usage and improving crop yield. This automated approach not only reduces manpower but also minimizes errors in farming practices, ultimately enhancing agricultural productivity.
