In accordance with the ACADEMIC CALENDER 2024-25 issued by the competent authority vide letter no.
CUKACAD-IV/F-3756/2024-25/610 dated 09th July 2024 and CUKACAD-V/F-3756/2024-25/702 dated
17th Oct 2024,the details of Hosteland Mess Fee for IV,VI, VIlsem UG and II, IV sem PG students is as below.

"The mess rate is subjected to change based on number of students availing the mess facility. The short amount, if any, is to be paid by the
students and the excess amount, if any, will be refunded to the students at the end of the semester.
Instructions:
1. The fee shall be remitted through the Offline Challan/ Samarth portal as per the instructions from the
competent authority time to time.
2. All the students should pay the hostel and mess fee withindue date for the whoBe semester and there is no
provision for payment in install1ments, except in case of exceptional requests by the students.
3. It is the responsibility of the student to submit the copy of the fee paid receipts/ challans to the office of
the Hostel Warden/ Caretaker and the DSW office without fail. Further, students are advised to keep
their copy safely with themselves and should produce when asked by the competent authority.
4. Due date for payment of hostel and mess fee is 31.01,2025. If any student fails to pay the hostel and
mess fee within due date a fine of 10% over and above the hostel and mess fee will be collected from the
student.
